Lore wise a courser is almost impossible to kill, but in game a bunch of untrained milita can kill 5-7 at a time with ease lol

A lot of commando units have a high reputation (deservedly so) but if you're using them to fight combat troops you're using them wrong. Their job is to strike behind enemy lines at rear echelon troops. Same for coursers. Surprise attacks against civilians they're tough. A standup fight against combat troops their advantages aren't as overwhelming.

Meh a Veteran Ranger's AMR with AP rounds could easily penetrate the armour realistically but they are definitely the best shock troops with the best equipment and training

True but seeing as ncr is only struggling with am ammo and other things so battle wise ncr could fight brotherhood and Enklave at distance a 50cal is a damn 50cal it still puts a good pile of damage maybe even break some servos or so but that only be at distance if there close the distance to mid range there all fucked except Enklave because were talking about tesla cannons and an automatic napalm launcher whos fire spreads on impact and some ballistic vests or some skirt aint gonna be fireproof ​@@alexanderlaird6206

Navarro only had a handful of soldiers, all equipped with X-01 Power Armors, they didn't have X-03 Hellfire Armor troopers. Not to mention they were cut-off from the rest of the Enclave who migrated to the East Coast, and they were pretty roughed up from the loss of the Oil Rig.

One major point in favor of the NCR rangers: they have the most open recruitment practices. So not only do they have quite a few 200+ year old ghouls among them, who have an absolutely insane experience advantage, but also canonically have 1st gen super mutants among them. Now, they may not wear Power Armor, but put some thick Kevlar and Steel plating on top of a one ton slab of muscle, add 100+ years of experience as well a big fucking gun, and you have a budget version Frank Horrigan. Which, unless you are Frank Horrigan, is a pretty terrifying prospect.

The Courser should be the ultimate death machine. Can change appearance to fit situation needs, can teleport, become invisible, doesnt need to eat, drink or sleep. Has no emotions. A literal terminator. Its programming could be updated to take the persona of generals/public leaders, to kill that person entirely unnoticed. They could have done a lot better with them. They SHOULD be absolutely terrifying.

For Brotherhood the paladins are the elite units Knights are just normal should

I'd give first place to the courser, second to enclave hellfire units, third for either ranger or BoS knight, can't decide on that one tbh, and last place for the Centurions, they are strong but not as strong as the others on the list unfortunately

My favorite factions are The Followers and the Institute. But I do like the NCR.

Your video has a poor selection of units you’re taking units that don’t properly match up. The NCR Veteran ranger is good and centurion is okay but a centurion is more like a commander not an elite trooper and the BOS knight is the lowest foot trooper in the brotherhood he doesn’t fit in this lineup a BOS paladin is the appropriate comparison especially when you consider throwing low level foot trooper against veteran rangers, institute coursers and enclave elite special forces. In fallout 3 some of the primary users of the hellfire armor are in fact enclave special forces sigma squad

Sorry an amendment to my suggestion of a BOS paladin since paladins also fall under the officer arm alongside the centurion, it is debatable due to there not really being in game characters but there are BOS special operations and recon outfits and armors so logically those units did exist and we know the recon knights existed due to wasteland warfare having the recon knights as playable units. I don’t mean to come off as rude it’s just not a logical line up for an elite vs elite match up

Initiates are the lowest foot soldier, and as of the show a Squire can be a foot soldier too, making them even lower. In Fallout 76, the lowest of the low is a "Hope" or "Hopeful" because they aren't even in the Brotherbood yet. There's far lower than Knight.

@@zaky4477 Even if they had the resources. Why should they? They are hidden from the world. Unassaible. Their strategy is to slowly replace key persons in Commonwealth with Synths. And develop true AI. Replacing humans, ghouls and Supermutants. Acc to lore, their create assassins. Coursers. You don't need heavy armor for stealth unit. They are eminence in shadows. Their synth army only needs to program a leader. That's left to MC in game. They don't need humans at all. Not tech developed for their use.

They don't build Power armor because they would rather build more regular synths. That is still effektive against desthclaws, but easier to maintain and easier to produce because of mass production.

@@iammrbadguy9706 True, power armor is to be an ultimate protection for humans. Institute focuses to make artificial life surpassing humans - no need for PA.

Everything about the institute is disgusting and so poorly adapted into the game. They should have went with a more Terminator aesthetic machines hell bent on destroying humanity. The rail road is just a dumb dumb faction that should never have existed.
