hey there! if you require the lights to change color, then bulbs/lights that can change color would be something for you to look for! if you just want to control the on/off status of your light, you can look for smart switches which is something similar to what we have! 😄

Do you get occasional light flickering when the lights are off, especially when using Moes non-neutral switch?

Hi, i am considering getting the moes switch too but im wondering if you need a tyua hub/google nest for it to work? or can they work as just a normal switch without the hub?

You need a Zigbee hub to control the smart switches via phone / voice assistant! they would still work without the hub but only when you turn it on manually! 🤗

How did you install your Mount Genie for google nest? Is it a partition wall?

Yes! That wall is a partition wall which we purposely cater it for the Nest Hub Mount Genie mount! 😄

hey there! Only a ZigBee gateway is needed for the Smart Switches, for the bulbs, it connects straight via WiFi! 😄 we're using Moes for our gateway which is the same brand as our smart switches 👍🏻

dude, there's no point in getting smart bulbs if you are getting a smart switch. lol. 2. Most routers this days can toggle between 5GHZ and 2.4GHZ, its not new. 3. Most smart bulbs (and other smart devices) can only connect to 2.4GHZ frequencies.

That is true! but we wanted to have the flexibility of guest to be able to turn off the light switch instead of the bulbs! 😄
