Group 3 Thank you so much Kitty. As always, it really resonated with me. I am slowly cutting out vaping from my life. I'm now doing 1 hour on vaping and the next hour is the Nicorette spray. I'm slowly weaning it off and probably by the end of the weekend I'll be out of the vaping juices and be totally doing the Nicorette spray. I'm so proud of myself. I've also been losing weight, and I'm down an entire size. I'm not sure how much weight I've actually lost. When I go to the doctor at the end of the month, I'll find out, but I think it's pretty substantial. Just eating healthy and moving more. It's kind of funny that since I've had my infection in my knee and the surgery, I've been moving more than I did before. I do my Physio everyday, and I plan to start walking every day or every other day. It's all a process. Love you! Xo
