My hair doesnt rlly grow from the roots i dyed just two pieces in the end of May 2023 and it stays the same since August . What to do i rlly need help i.took a blood test and everything was perfect what to.do?!? Could you help.pls

I have this problem please help, hair literally brittle thinning and dry an breaks off when reaches shoulders doesn't go further
