In addition to explaining what Dual Native ISO is in this video, I want to offer another way of using it beyond just better low light performance. I have fallen in love with using it on my Canon R5 C but this is now a feature on a decent amount of cameras. Even if you are in a well lit environment, you may want to switch to your higher base ISO. In this I explain why.

Yes. This is spot on. More and more light/exposure gives you the option to have. Deeper DOF if you want it.

Yes. I think you are really accurate FX3 second base iso is around 12800.and they call it dual sensitivity.
I'll have to try this on my Canon R5 (not the C).
