It's amazing how people from another countries come and talk about your own culture, it adds some kind of extra value to the things that are "normal" for you. Keep it up guys, you should come to Guadalajara City, awesome place!

What a pretty city, and overflowing with a rich history. I like how much Aztec culture is integrated into the cities’ design. The big, open plazas look so free and nice to walk around. The amount of greenery and nature within the city is also very beautiful. I’d be excited to try all the different foods/dishes there!

I really like how they explored the Aztec ruins and ancient architectures left behind by them. The Aztecs are easily one of my top 5 favorite ancient civilizations, as the way that they expanded into a huge empire, the way they were able to make scientific discoveries ahead of their time, and their entire ancient culture, it's just a really fascinating civilization.

Great video as usual. What a great vibe in the southern part of the city with the little boats, cruising through the little islands/farms and then having lunch with the very local produce provided. Wow, we call it "zero kilometre produce". And then everything gets urban again in downtown Mexico City, but not exaggeratedly so as you visit the Xaman bar (super!) with the pre-Colombian cocktails and then a lovely Mexican dinner to top it off with. Super! :)

Mexico city is somewhere I've always wanted to visit and seeing this video solidified that. I like that the creators of this video were respectful and wanted to actually learn and were informative about the culture rather than being some random tourist there for photo ops. I didn't know about the old aztec temples were in the root of the city so that was really interesting to see them go through the temple. A part i especially liked was when they showed the small business workers that local resturaunts support. I liked how they went themselves out into the field to see the work and background put into it

I personally haven't been there yet but it is one of the places that i would like to visit.

Amazing video, new sub in your channel, I love you guys, when you said " Chapultepec" priceless and the way you showcase Mexico City melts my heart! One of the greatest cities in human history. The first metropolis to mix and merge people from every corner of the globe: the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Mexico City has an impossibly rich history for a city that is relatively young compared to European cities and its culture reflects this. The economic and media powerhouses of the United States like New York and Los Angeles may draw the world's eye, but in my opinion, neither has as much soul as Mexico City, the most impressive city in the Western hemisphere.

Alejandra Arias 11/2 Mexico City has amazing culture, food, and people. the amount of history Mexico contains and we so not hear about is very disappointing for most of us.Nature there is beautiful and cherished to look at, and very important. Food is very important and a main thing for Mexico City and the dishes being served is one of the many things go for and experience. Seeing others see and value our own country can mean a lot, only because they see it as something so crazy but so normal to us that know more about the culture and history.

The activity they did that caught my eye the most was when they went on the canal and toured the area. It was fascinating to learn about the small farms and how they grow vegetables.

Trying things that are precolombian sounds like a big experience. We are so used to having food and drinks postcolombian, it nice to see what food was like before.

Rachel Rojas My favorite part of this mini documentary was learning that after the spaniards arrive most of the aztec civilization proof was buried underground and built over. And it was found in 1970 which was a long time from the 1500's but its insane how Mexicos own Aztecs ruins and the rest of their history was taken away from them for years. What was also interesting to see what was that Mexican cousine is also influenced by other Latin American countries like Colombia and that certain parts of Mexico really enhance their insect menu which is not common to see. I wouldn't try it though.

One of the most amazing thing to see from the video is learning about the Aztec and how their culture is part of Mexico. When the Spanish arrived in Mexico they destroyed all of the evidence of the Aztec. Also seeing how they plant their crop is very interesting and seeing how they just break the plants off.

I have always been interested in visiting El Districto Federal for all of its pretty places and history. This video made me want to visit more. I really liked the Aztec ruins that were found in the 70s. I also for some reason always thought that there was no more similar like canals and boats like the days of Tenotitchlan. I thought that lifestyle was completely gone with the making of the new city. I look forward to visiting Xochimilco and tasting that organic food.
