something that has helped me overcome my fear of talking to strangers is "if you want to succeed more fail more" I think there's a lot of negative around the concept of failing and embarrassing our selfs but failure is natural and impossible to avoid and should be looked forward to so we can learn and grow. I really don't know why I'm so afraid of rejection. It always ends up being fine when I approach that girl I think is cute or the guy I wanna start a convo with. I'm just so afraid of rejection, maybe because I haven't approached enough people to ever feel it.

Hey man this is a very real topic. It’s always hard to get rejected and mostly just the anticipation of rejection is worse. I think of it as a skill that me myself am trying to improve and master. The more practice the more experience, you learn what works, what doesn’t and you experience all sides.
