🤔 What do you think, is print-on-demand worth it in 2024?

it's a very low margin business, The market is very competitive and the shipping prices are too high

I’m in Australia. We have many disadvantages and limitations in terms of product choice (colours, styles, sizes, costs, etc.) There are hundreds of POD fulfilment suppliers in U.S but here in Australia we only have 2 suppliers and very limited product choices. Long shipment time and high cost really affect our business reputations and profits as a result. We found it is very hard to get positive customer reviews and keep the customers for the long term (as the first shopping experience is not so impressive) due to the overall price (we can’t put too much profit margins as the prices are already high) and long shipment. I really hope there will be more POD suppliers in Australia, also can provide high quality and great services.

and how can I get my boxes costumized to get a professional toutch when I deliver the product to my client?

As I’ve come to find out POD using Etsy as a shop is an uphill losing battle. With Etsy’s algorithms if you’re not in the top 10% of sellers (which think about it..there’s currently about 8 million right now) your stuff will never be seen. I’m using Printful and have roughly 140 Items in my shop and it’s been open for 2 months..I’ve made 7 sales..all to family members. I’m not saying you can’t grow your sales over time..but like another pointed out its an extremely low margin business model so these videos you see on KZread of POD businesses making 5 figures a month? Please🙄

That’s your problem! 😂 Your mindset, and building your business on someone else property like Etsy’s! If you going to do it, do it right! Get your own property, and build your lifestyle into your business! If you get what I’m saying… it’s going to be hard in the beginning, but in the long run…🚀🍾🎉💰💐
