Almost four years ago, I started my RV adventure after 38 years of teaching. On my way down to Florida, I stayed for three weeks on the Natchez Trail in Tennessee. Little did I know that my whole life would be renewed during that time. Jesus would put a new heart into my life that gave me hope and joy we all are seeking. Mike and Jennifer, you two have been an inspiration to me, because of youthful hearts of joy and happiness that keep my heart young when times get tough.

we were invited last summer for the same trek up the Natchez with a Airstream Club member on our way to the International Airstream Rally. It is the most pleasant travel no commercial or tractor trailers allowed. Various sites to explore and learn the history of the trail. Highly recommend a trek in your future travels.

Hi Mike and Jennifer Great video, Bo is such a good looking dog. He has such a beautiful face, lots of hair to brush lol I have a question for you I like the size of a travel van, however I'm tall 6'2 and I worry about feeling cramped. Do you have any suggestions on vans? Thank you

This travelogue is so well done, it could be on TV. Maybe it's time for your own streaming travel series? :) I agree with one of your commentators - a caravan rally would be wonderful.

Over 40 years ago I rode my motorcycle at the age of 20 from New Orleans, up the Natchez Trace Parkway to Nashville and then on to see my family in Michigan. I slept under the stars in all kinds of weather and had an amazing time. I highly recommend the experience.

Don and I did the entire Natchez Trace after the Meetup on the Mississippi. It was a wonderful experience, one that I had always wanted to do since I was young. Somehow, we missed the 1812 Memorial. 🤷🏻‍♀️ We have some great pictures and some great memories of the whole adventure. You did an excellent job of the highlights of the trip.

We’ve been planning our trip through the US Southeast for the last couple months….and had planned to travel the entire length of the Parkway from Nashville to Natchez. We’ll be starting that leg in exactly one week from today…so this video was perfectly timed! Thanks!

Terrific! I have taken the Trace twice when bringing home new Casita trailers from TX to NC, and another time towing my sister's trailer from NM to NC. I traveled slowly, but did not stop and discover all of the great things in your video. I live about 20 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and discovering the Trace for the first time in 2004, I was surprised to learn that there was an equivalent federal parkway! Thank you for the terrific travelogue and your impressive production skills. ps If you go through Macon, GA, be sure to spend a day at Ocmulgee, the Mississippian-era mounds/city across the river from the modern downtown. My maternal ancestry is in central GA, and I had no knowledge of Ocmulgee until about 10 years ago (age 40).

One thing about the Elvis concert is that the proceeds were to go to his park. That didn’t happen. Mayor Ballard took the money for other uses. Elvis vowed to never return.

I drove the entire trace decades ago, it sort of reminded me of a longer version of Hines Drive in Wayne county. I don't know if has changed but back then the speed limit was 45MPH and the rangers were ticketing at 47 MPH. It was nice enough but sort of monotonous driving so so so so so slowly with almost no traffic on the parkway .. ..
