Great thanks to Don Jose Ruiz and Mindvalley! Possible answer on judgment: when you are in judgement equal yourself or anyone in your space go back and ask yourself what i wanted to be that i now in judgment. The answer is i wanted to do something better, i wanted to do something better then in past or better then other people. After i have done the think better the result is automatically judgement and it is the same if you have things done better or not your mentally state will change to judgement or other people will come over you to judge your clothes or how you look or you speak or you get frustrated yourself and only by the reason, that you wanted to be better your mind find itself in state of judgement. The law is, if you are in judgement you have choose the way to get better, don't stop because you are on the right path but you have to go the hole path and don't judge around or hear the people, just recognize in witch state is you mind at present moment and go. The reality answers you: you wanted to make things better here is your answer be in judgement, what are you make of this situation? go on stand on the side "things get better" dont go to mindstate "judgement" but notice witch state coming soon to take control. Our mind is a big net of regions like continents, countries witch are in concurrence and they take control of the consciousness spreading out a feeling to bring the mentality in a state which is welcome from region. When you are mostly in fear your region will feed you with fear-specific stories and tell you history of you and other people around you to stand still in the specific state and get habit to work from one brain-specific region. But you should know all the kaleidoscope regions of your brain over the feeling. Dont feel afraid allow the brain and yourself to feel what ever wait to be feeled and whatever comes up. Say, its very interesting what overcome me now to control something what never existed The "I". The identification is the fishermen hook to take the awareness from the one corner to other and make a border to say the things are here different as on the other side Without the identification, you have still the energy safed for the activity to get the things done.

This is a really good lesson, but can you please elaborate on the word "anything". Is anything only the negative comments and situations or is it ALL of the things in our lives, all the comments and interactions. If someone says " I love you" to me and I don't take it personally, it automatically devalues the love someone is offering me and makes it look like I don't care or don't believe them, or that i don't appreciate and fully receive their love. I would love an explanation on this. Thanks

O yes, that the eyes of their hearts, may be opened [Ephesians 1: 18, Acts 26: 18]; & can it be true, that there can be, a VERY fine line, between, 'taking things personally', &, demolishing mental strongholds, in others, so as, to help others, to remove whatever, that hinder others, from reaching the WHOLE truth [2 Corinthians 10: 4 - 5]?

Live Free and it has been practiced in the Indian subcontinent and its beautiful native religions for over 5000 years. Leave people alone!!! Keep your religion and you misguided and brainwashed praise of it to yourself. Your attitude and the meaning behind your comment is exactly why this world is being destroyed for the past 1600 years (since the inception of your religion). The person is the video is not moving towards your religion. Dream on! Just disgusting!!!

Breathing with your eyes open has been in Christianity for over 2000 years. Nice to see that you 're coming closer to the right way. i.e Christianity. Does it make sense? No. Meditating is a spiritual, but not a religious practice. The fact that many religions incorporated it is irrelevant.
