This is the problem of CGL I've always pointed put to many people. People preparing for govt jobs especially cgl chsl and other state level exams aspire for a good job with high salary, a comfortable life in which they stay with their loved ones everyday. They don't want too much work. They just want to work there for 9 to 5 and come back home.. Isn't this sound like a private job? Students preparing for govt exams are no one but private employed with amazing quantitative aptitude. Working in a ministry at the level of an officer demands from a person a feeling of nationalism, thinking of the country and the citizens. A will to sacrifice and get out of the comfort zone. Learn about the historical facts, ethics, polity, geography and economy of the country and develop an attachment to the nation. But these things are bypassed due to irrelevant syllabus of SSC. People focus on English, quant and reasoning and take gk for granted. Also, GK asked is so damn useless I can't tell you- Rote learning of books awards appointments schemes.. This is the reason why the upsc aspirants think so different and are so different as the books they read the things they learn are actually beneficial and mind opening. An IAS officer is frequently transferred from here and there but he doesn't grumble that he is feeling homesick! He or she chose this due to the mental preparedness developed during the prep. Learn to think about the country and not about yourself only, if you can't do this, don't prepare for the govt jobs especially officer level. Don't increase the already increased burden of underskilled corrupt officers in the ministries

For private job company demands good college good degree and good English communication skills, if you don't have any of these then company demand experience. I have applied 32 job posts all of them demands experience. Then I tried for small firms after searching 6_7 firms finally one firm give me the job but first 3 months they will not give any salary and my target is to open 10_15 accounts with capital of 1_1.5 lakhs and also I have to generate 2 lakhs of revenue, if I complete the work then my salary will be 10_12k from July. That's the main reason why inexperienced candidate from a local college graduate in normal degree with no English background don't want to do that types of jobs where company wants higher outcome with lowest salary

Most of the things shared is not true in KZread trust me. This guy works in MEA and so do I. What he said is 60% incorrect as he is posted in office away from core MEA office which deals with all administrative work soo he haa very little knowledge of it. Coming to ur answer yes you will get a good country. Europe of something for sure.

IB acio is a complete field job unless you are in tech branch. U will get different posting every 3-4years including hard postings. Work pressure may vary according to postings. ASOs in IB get postings mainly in the state HQs and transfer frequency is generally less. There's no "inspector" post in IB. SI in CBI is a hectic job. One might be posted somewhere but will have to be open to frequent travelling for work purpose. Basically you'll be always busy for this or that.

They say there's no public dealing but in reality one has to deal with all kinds of public for the job to get done. But then everyday will be a new day for you, no monotony in service. If you r introvert, better opt for desk jobs. All the best for your future endeavours. :)

I can... basically if you ever been to metro station just compare it to the person that scans your baggages during the entry..thats it...thats what u do around parcels, luggages that's it...been posted at CED in one export office...dude u will feel humiliated by the fact that export office has kept two persons to check if we are stealing anything or not..all day parcels...customer dealing... humiliation...people.come and seee us as the most corrupted person..they are like ye sala Paisa mangega.. definitely someone who is from gaanv etc who has never been exposed to metro settings bruh that dumbass would be sucking out money from vulnerable people...I felt really bad living here...kaam bhi bahut hai..and respect bhi in a negative way... everywhere in the office there are posters of CBI...gawaar staff all around...that was one part another being har 6 months main you will be given different office and dude they are like 50kms apart...and Mumbai ka infra literally sucks..that city is not sustainable either...and south to rahne layak hi nahi..aur bc koi UTM ka soch ke bhi kaise aata...do they come up with the mentality ki jaaake daba ke UTM kamaenge... wtf what is this mentality.. do we even have a single self respect or not...sabse infamous department hai...

bhai 4600 grade post hai muskil se muskil 5400 grade ho retirement tak yehi sacchai, ek sdm ko ias banne me 22 saal lagte hai sab kuch sahi rha to. isliye jyada hype mat karo simple job hai, koi rutba koi gadi koi kuch khaas nahui boss ki baat sunni hai.
