I love Jackie but Lucy is right there next to her

I remember watching Ella in "Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children", and thinking that she would go far with her career. Her American accent is so convincing, that it's surprising that figure out that she really hails from England.

@@kamsismith Yes, she was Emma Bloom, the girl who had the ability to float, though in the book, she controlled fire. She was also a young Keira Knightley in "Never Let Me Go."

It's like the kind of breakout stars that are popping at that moment always are in stuff that I watched a lot as a kid and onwards. For example, Robert Pattinson in Harry Potter and Rami Malek in Night at the Museum.

Jinx was my first introduction to Ella. Loved her in that. and love her in Fallout as well. Can't wait for her to return as Jinx, and S2 of Fallout. And whatever else she will do.

Her American accent in Fallout and Yellowjackets are pitch perfect. I never knew she was British until she was being interview by Jimmy Fallon just about 2 weeks ago, she's got a bright future ahead of her. I hope Hollywood doesn't corrupt her, she's not only talented but seems pretty nice and charming in interviews 🙌

Some actors seem to have like a magnetic star power , Charlize Theron , you see her in scene with other actors and your eyes are just magnetized to her , Ella seems to also have that star power too.

I have absolutely fallen in love with Ella Purnell, her acting ability is amazing. She has become my favorite actor.

I didn't realize I have watched or listened to SO MUCH Ella Purnell. I'm glad she's getting more and more professional opportunities.

I'm so happy that you mentioned "WildLike". A critical acclaimed indie movie that deserves more praise particularly for Ella's career best performance, she was absolutely incredible as Mackenzie in that movie. As far as movies go, WildLike is probably her strongest effort

It actually took me a while to watch Yellowjackets because I wasn't really all that interested at first but then I got to watch it few days ago because of the hype surrounding Ella Purnell and her new series, Fallout and wow I'm so happy that i got to watch it. I'm sad that Ella will not be returning as the main cast for future seasons, I kinda liked Jackie but I also wanna give praise to the writers in handling her character until the very end 🙌

Me too, I liked that they brought Ella back for imaginary scenes and flashbacks, even though Jackie ultimately dies. Ella was the only one who knew that Jackie would die in the Season 1 finale.

You seem like one of those karens that get easily triggered over a comment that doesn't suit you. Lucy was whiny and annoying and I have the right to have an opinion... Cooper was the only decent one throughout show.

I loved Ella Purnell in Fallout. I should re-watch Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, as well as view her other work for the first time, to check her out. Fallout got my attention.

Ella Purnell is so good in "Fallout" that I doubt the show would have been as good or as well received as it was with out her. Her performance truly sells that show.

she finally has her big break! ive been familiar by her for a while especially at miss peregrine but she didnt really have a main main role, so when she was cast in here i knew it will be a hit❤ i loooooved fallout it was so amazing to me as someone who isnt aware of the story of the game, but what really pushed me to see it was actually her!

She was Amazing in Miss Peregrin and she was amazing in fallout. And she’s freakin beautiful in an uncanny sort of way. Wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t see her in another Tim Burton movie eventually. She has that look.

Ella Purnell is the next Helena Bonham Carter, and Tim Burton already saw this when he cast her in Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children.

Didn't know she was anything until I saw her in Fallout. Love her eyes.

With out Ella Purnell's amazing performance in "Fallout", that show would not have been as good as it was or had worked as well as it did. You root for her character and want to follow her. You belived that world because of her superb performance. The same with Yellowjackets, where when Ella is not on screen, the show is not as compelling. Her voice work for "Arcane" is what makes it as fun as it is as well. Ella is great in "Army of the dead" as well and that's a big thing for me to say cause with out her or Dave Bautista, that movie would be unwatchable, that's how bad the rest of it was. Ella is proving to be an actor's actor and im glad "Fallout" is givng her the respect she deserves.

I initially thought she was cast as Gilda until I did my research that where I found out it was a different Ella. Even with that, I hope a Gilda Radner biopic where Gilda is the main focus will be made.

Total chameleon. I've seen about half of these movies and TV series and did not recognize her on Fallout... Right now I'm having a bunch of "oh yeah, that was her?" moments. Or maybe I'm just getting old. Who knows?...

I watched her on Sweetbitter, but I didn’t like her character. I have nothing against Purnell, I just didn’t like Tess.

I didn’t much care for her in Army of the Dead. In fact she was the worst thing in the movie but I think that had more to do with how her character was written than her performance. I really liked her in Fallout though! Whole cast was great especially Walton Goggins.

I thought Ella Purnell was one of the best things about that terrible film. Outside of her and Dave Bautista, the movie was borderline unwatchable in my opinion. Army of thieves is even worse.

But according to you, it was all her fault right? Sure, whatever......the very badly CGI rendered zombie tiger wants to thank you for making her a scapegoat in your review.
