Hi, greetings from LA! This collaboration is really nice and I have been wanting to purchase a pair or two for work. They are clean, simple and versatile, which I like ! The reason why I haven’t purchased is the price point being that they are Converse, but the more I look at them, the more I am convincing myself that I will need these in the collection. I appreciate the detailed information and comparison to the regular Converse pair. The heart logo is what makes these pop and the stitching and materials being used. You might have convinced me to grab a few, thinking of grabbing a white high top and maybe these gray or a black pair for contrast to be able to rock with different outfits and to dress up and/or casual wear. Overall, great review, looking forward to more upcoming releases.

could you do a video on what outfits to wear w the gray cdg converse? the black is so versatile but i got these in the gray and am unsure what to wear w them!!

Those CDG Converse use the 70s model, which cost $90 USD. So you’re essentially paying $40 USD more for that heart logo. Having said that, I would love to get those blue lows. Oh and I love your accent. Maybe in the future you could do a video on how which outfits you rock with these. Great review 👍

They do also have a different and better quality sole which is my favourite thing ! I love the blues as well❤️ Thank you , that definitely sounds like a good video ideaa!!!! 🙏🏻

@@oliviaswl Actually these are the same sole as the Chuck 70s. The "standard" converse you've compared them to are totally different to the latter, hence the "thicker" sole. In any case I enjoyed this video because I was curious for an overall review of these CDG play trainers... So nice to know they are great comfort-wise, just like the 70s :)

Usually US sizing is one full size up than UK sizing so look for a US 7!

I love the low top ones I think I prefer the low tops to the highs

I vary from 7.5 to 8, like in Nike I get an 8. I’m usually a 7.5 in womens converse Taylor perfect fit breathable, I do have the 70s in 7.5 as well and they’re kinda of snug, but I’m scared to get an 8 and look like a clown 😐😭😭

So I have like 7 pairs of these and I too have a black pair that is very battered from 5 years ago that I don't wear anymore but I don't want to throw them out! I weirdly like to look at them every now and then! I think i'll get a new pair and just keep the battered ones for nostalgia sake.
