Out of control Constables who abuse the authority granted to them by a consenting Public... Must be Exposed by the Public and held Accountable. Simple.

Isn't it sinister that two constables are trying to exercise a stop and account power which they do not have. Honesty is obviously not part of their policy in company with breaching their oath and code of conduct. All acheived in about 5 minutes.

If you continue to do so I will feel alarm and distress." When they continue, remind them that they are now harrassing you on more than one occasion and they need to stop. If they continue again, ring 999 and say that you are holding a person under section 154 of the "Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994" and you need a copper to action arrest. Simples. To fight the law, learn the laws they need to abide to.
