The underlying issue is that there will be people who will be contracted to infiltrate groups and gather info. Proper vetting is going to make or break the success of a lot of groups, so either keep your group small and lay low, or only let people you would trust beyond a doubt in. That, compounded with COMSEC.

Working in Healthcare we call "the old people diet" breads alone. They do that. Anyway, in the studies, almost all of the typical muscle mass loss of age, is maintained with a little working out and not falling to the bread diet. Aka just protein will keep you up. They told old people not to eat eggs for the last 40 years, that's why old people are typically pathetic. Eat some eggs, drink some milk, have a burger and you won't be weak.

@@agentjohnson3973if anyone is paying attention at all about how the USA gets into war, one must recognize it's all about going after every nation state that has its own banking system and currency. The US military is merely the tool of the banking cartels and the Congressional Military Industrial Complex will never let the troops on the ground actually destroy the enemy outright as there's no long term money and a means of washing their dirty contract money if the war isn't dragged out for decades. It's actually twofold as it keeps our most battle hardened troops in the fight and away from where they can fight against insurgency in the USA. Plus, those bastards that send our boys off to fight fully intend to use these experienced warriors to go against their own people by any means necessary in the end. The true enemy of the people are the politicians who seem to think they're our "leaders" instead of our representatives. That NEEDS TO BE CHECKED.

That's what rucks and bandoliers are for. The Ruck usually weighed 80+lbs. I'm a spinal Cord Injury Disabled guy today with 3 surgeries at L5S1 where the kidney pad on the ALICE ruck goes. These days, I still hump up and down my ridge here in the Ozarks. (I use a pack other than the ALICE that crippled me.) I can still do what I did 30+yrs ago... I just can't sustain it day after day. I absolutely require recovery time... and I really need my sleep these days. I also can't go without food like I used to. If I don't eat every 12hrs or so, my body starts shutting down.

As a military brat/farm boy/welder who happens to be a big guy, I played both football and hockey, and of course have a bad knee and enough other issues with my body that came with the sports 😂 but I lost 50 pounds, I wasn't really fat but I kinda had a dad bod. I've slimmed up well, started running again and working out in my free time other than farm/ranch work, I can drive, weld, and fix almost anything. (I build race cars and demolition derby cars for fun 😂) Compared to vets I'm probably not as good of a shot as they might be, but I am pretty good at 500-1000 yards with my Coyote rifle. My deer rifle can smack steel (or deer) at 500 yards. I have bought a plate carrier with the extra mag pouches and a couple leg carriers, Kydex holsters for my 1911, Glock, and my new Platypus 2011 (2011 that takes Glock mags) Rebuilt a couple AR's with actual good parts. If they don't work I also have battle rifles that will chug through anything they are fed. I might not be able to run with all the fast guys. But, I will be rocking the knee brace and sports tape. I guarantee I will haul anyone out of a firefight or combat zone. I can carry heavy $h*t too, I promise you boys I won't allow myself to be a liability to my team or whoever I'm rolling with. Thank you for the advice though, us Civvies that are actually training are gonna try our damnedest to help you guys the best we can.

From The Militia and Minute Men of 1775: Militiamen were required to be armed “as according to law.” This meant that they were to have “a well fixt Firelock Musket, of Musket (69-75 caliber) or Bastard Musket (50-60 caliber) Bore, the Barrel not less than Three Foot and a half long; or other good Fire Arms, to the Satisfaction of the commission officer of the company...” They were also expected to have twenty bullets fit to their gun, one pound of powder, twelve flints, and a cutting sword. Later, bayonets were required for at least half the men in each company. As with the training, fines were levied against those who failed to provide themselves with these arms. Ammunition was often carried in a cartridge box, a leather bag fitted with a wooden block with holes drilled in to accept a paper cartridge, a sealed tube of paper containing a measured amount of powder (enough for one shot) and a lead ball. Militiamen and minute men also had knapsacks, blankets and wooden canteens." Just doing our Patriotic duty and following historic tradition.

There's nothing wrong with being racist. Racism is the understanding that all stereotypes have a basis in reality, and the law of averages applies in all things. Being racist doesn't require you to actively harm anyone else, either. All it is, is admitting that objective reality exists. What they're doing by using that word the way they do is making a thinly-veiled attempt at making you police your own thoughts on their behalf; it's mind control. Because of its very nature as a mind control tactic, it's no wonder that literal Communists invented the word for the express purpose of leveraging it the way these people do on a daily basis. When someone calls me racist, I laugh and thank them for noticing; they generally have no idea what to do with that once they realize they have no power over me. Granted, it also helps that this platform is literally the extent of any/all social media I use. When you're an internet "ghost" there's nothing they can do to harm you in any way.

They may be the best of the military, but even the best fighters can be downed by a determined attacker much less two or three or a dozen. A lot of times the US military and those Ranger raids are heavily supported and they're in greater numbers than their targets. It's basic military strategem. You can never eliminate an Insurgent or guerrilla warfare Force because there's always more people that can sign up and they don't operate in a traditional manner so even Special Operations forces over the long term had a hard time or I guess you could say an impossible time ever defeating any of these insurgencies or guerrilla warfare. Special Operations forces talked about how they never really want those Insurgency battles or those guerrilla warfare battles and they just kept going on so the British learned this with Ireland the British learned this with us and we learned it over there in Afghanistan and Iraq and so there's limited successes but they can't eliminate it

When I was doing minuteman stuff our focus was always doing large team movements in our local terrain and our kit had a huge emphasis on light infantry setups like Marine corps infantry battalions or US Army Rangers. It was pretty common for us to have 6+ mags on our LBE with other squad and mission equipment (litter bearer, empty rucks for SSE, intel retrieval, supply acquisition). Weapon requirements encouraged suppressor use on normal length carbines and we wouldnt let guys train on their short barreled carbines without a suppressor. Common loadouts for short or medium range movements included plates with minimum 6 carbine mags, 3L water, radio, full IFAK (No baby or mini ifaks) sidearm with atleast one spare mag, helmet and headset for comms. NVGs added for night stuff. Highly encouraged spare batteries for all. Carbines were required to have weapon light, optic, and sling. Rucks with supplies left at ORP. Kinda miss doing that stuff but egos ruin it

Well said, Sir! As an approx. 17 year PMC, I have been stating similarly in many channels that discuss things like prepping against a tyrannical government or about Charlie Wilco coming to town. There are numerous Contractors such as myself who’ve often been hired by entities like the U.S. Dept. of State, DOD, CIA, U.N., and so on and at this point, I’d wager there are a few million of my sort out there. Almost nonexistent are those Civilian-to-Contractor types operating in combat roles as it was in the 2004 start of the Iraq war. I’ve seen a ton of former servicemen from the U.S., quite a few being from the SOG community. A lot are former servicemen who’ve either not been able to reenlist due to age, disabilities, or couldn’t meet PFT req’s. Many are from the U.S., but also a lot from West Africa (as some Americans will find out eventually), Israel, Australia and Britain, and Russian as well as from a smattering of other countries. Don’t be surprised if PMC’s get federalised and incorporated into existing Agencies and Military when the time comes. PMC’s love to play in the shadows, and thrive on negative press.

@@huwhitecavebeast1972 Agreed. When I state a "few million", I am specifically referring to those in actual combat roles, be it private security or paramilitary. Most Private Military Companies are not allowed to function in the paramilitary role with a few rare exceptions such as my longtime employer (STTEP), which was a merger of two paramilitary companies (Sandline Intl & Executive Outcomes, though EO was restarted in 2020 as its own independent paramilitary force again). However, understand PMC's are largely corporations with a few exceptions such as Executive Outcomes which began as a broken off portion of the South African Special Forces group after the Apartheid era ended, and Wagner Group, which was never a PRIVATE military company but a nationalised military subdivision directly controlled by the Ministry of Defence and Kremlin with an appointed civilian figurehead as a forward interface between Government/Military and other entities. To bring my point home: Corporate-speak is used often and so terms are very fluid and do not mean what we think. "Private Security" for example sounds simplistic except with the control of logistics and with a relatively easy approval from a CEO/Board, one can up-gun and up-armour a "Security Force" into becoming a Rapid Reaction Force as most Contractors in that role are former military/law enforcement people. So yes, the exact number of private contractors in combat roles can easily be in the few millions - possibly hitting 10's of millions if we include Russia and especially China into the mix. Most folks in the U.S. don't know how many PMC's actually exist in the U.S. itself, but they've probably heard of some big names like GRS, DynCorp, Blackwater (my original employer, currently known as Constellis), maybe they've heard of Blue Hackle, Triple Canopy too to a lesser extent. Even fewer know there are over 40+ Chinese PMC's operating in the U.S., consider we've got open borders in the States and a big influx of West Africans - whom largely are from the very region with a heavy CIA presence, which is also known to train up forces for future events that I'm sure Americans will ultimately see. Nevermind that Afghanistan is now owned by Al-Qaeda, who've been backing most Taliban forces (save the northern Taliban groups, which have been putting up a brave resistance for years and is funded by U.S. and allies). Little known fact: Al-Qaeda doesn't only recruit from the M.E. & Africa or SouthEast Asia. Its biggest recruitment drive has been in Central and S. America for years now, with many latino/hispanic men converting to Islam. All those military-aged men coming up through the border? Better start checking for beards on some. Devout Muslims don't shave theirs. :p Regardless of what I say on a KZread comment section: Best not to think too hard on it and instead do your part to train as often as you can. While its good get in physical exercise as often as you can squeeze the time in for - its just as good to just get more time at a range and looking down sights/optics as well. Improve your accuracy! That too will go the distance. For folks who've become too overweight or have physical disabilities - no worries! Invest in a small vehicle like a UTV, somethin that'll haul you around while you do what you gotta do. Everyone can play a part in the event of an emergency. Form a social group, maintain comms, practice comms without using current tech (since its all monitored, even end-to-end encryption programs like Signal are useless on devices such as an iphone that has client-side scanning tech baked into its operating system and can "see" what you type into Signal BEFORE the app can encrypt your outgoing message. Old school is best school, is probably my point overall! Apologies for the wall of text! :D

Fuck me - but I'm going to go ahead and bring it up, and hope there ain't pretty eyes comin' across this post LOL: RE: Training done by Private Military Contractors. EVERY single company (and there are literal hundreds) operating in the Priv-Mil space have their OWN training programs. However, as with U.S./U.N.-affiliated companies, they cross-train with U.S. Military forces, including Special Operation Groups. I've had combat instructors that ranged from former IDF, Mossad, and former-Army Rangers. My first employer (then known as Blackwater) developed a training regiment based on U.S. Navy SEAL training (though the basic portions were indeed very basic). We (and I am referring to specifically the company I work for) maintain standards used by Army Rangers currently and undergo a "skill refresh" course annually, with new recruits going through it twice a year. Drug tests are done twice a year and those of us that have done high end contracts given by the Dept. of State, DOD, or UN maintain a strict standard of online usage. In other words, we maintain an "electronic carbon footprint" of an acceptable percentage (for me its less than 2%). While I DO exist on the internet, my presence in totality may as well be fairly close to zero. I have no social media accounts under my real identity, run multiple emails and "personas" if you will as those data points are collated in the U.S. every 6 mo's and reach the Fed. gov't level, where the personas are treated as legitimate individuals (hint hint, you security-minded folks). I purchase things with a prepaid card paid for with cash, while real ID is used, I don't buy things on the internet often either. I try to keep my purchases down to the essentials and use cash whenever possible. Granted, we're heading towards a cashless society soon and folks may want to consider bartering between local sellers (such as farms) as an alternative means. I often say this and I'll end it with this: Do not fear the coming tyranny. Yes, it is coming. No, there won't be a Charlie Wilco visit, as its already occurring. Gov't won't require use of force to take over. The use of force comes in after as Law enforcement and Military merge into an unholy alliance. You in the States have been seeing this since 9/11 with the Dept. of Homeland Security and Obama-era's attempt to demonise Law enforcement by supporting their opposition (BLM and others like ANTIFA), in order to centralise power into the Fed. Gov't. Under Biden's Regime, this is continuing further. The Constitution has no fangs because the Citizen-Soldier (Militia, as defined by James Madison) have forsaken their civic duties. There's hope however. Look to how the people in Hong Kong managed to fight back against a tyrannical gov't until a mysterious flu showed up juuuuust in time to end the riots and kick off the WEF/UN Agenda 2030 plan to break down all countries in order to rebuild them anew into a singular order. Great Reset already happened folks, best get ready to adapt. Learn how the HK'ers defeated state-of-the-art facial recognition tech that could ID people based on skull morphology (thus negating masks/facial coverings). How did the HK'ers create body armour out of toilet paper that could stop calibers used by Law enforcement from 9mm -> .45 ACP. How'd they manage comms in an environment full of monitoring technologies? Hong Kong is the answer. Best start lookin' up those videos going back to 2019 while YT isn't told by the Gov't to remove 'em. :)

To add a slightly more positive note as an ex British infantryman who has mates who joined 22 Reg and various other sf and served on tours along side our SF ECT don't forget as good as they are they are just men extremely highly trained and determined men but still men made of flesh and blood like us , the key is to always be switched on you haven't got to be fitter or stronger just switched on at all times , don't psych yourself out about SF. Guys they are not super human despite all the books and movies , tactics and preparation will beat all and thinking minds , fitness only takes you so far , as said im this vid i believe most ex sf lads will be on the patriots side but yer totally agree there will always be that 5 percent of adrenaline junkies that dont care who their enemy is they are soul less and morally deprived.

My father was sniper in 90s and 00s and I just retired from military and my husband veteran and 2 sons serving overseas and have teen sons at home who we train. We live in country on farm and have secured property and home and stocked up on brass and tools but have been in combat and know what both crazy and desperate but also some of the teams and such around. LE will turn on citizens. In countries that collapse those who made it spent time securing location and able to maintain and stay in and safe. Also many wont try if feel too hard or move on to easier. Im outside Benning and instruct sometimes and know what crazy will happen
