It must be so hard for Jin at times, he tries so hard to be respectful of Hattie's choices as much as his culture/life makes them seem inappropriate. He comes across as having such an innocence, but also a strong desire to protect the one he loves. I respect Hattie immensely for finding compromise with Jin to make culture shocks less for him. That is what a partnership is about, compromise, respect, communication and love. Happy New Year to you both.

I don't know if you are a woman in an Asia but if you are, you would know that dressing appropriately can be such a schlep sometimes because at home its more acceptable to be more revealing, even in contexts outside of clubs. A lot of fellow women have this stupid idea that an empowered and independent woman is the one that give the middle finger to a all men and they dont want a parner in life only a casual fuck. Heck the best friend of my little sister cheats her husband because. "Men are sexist pigs that want to owns us" a disgusting woman. First i respect my self im not a whore. Access to my body is only if i love you. I know that im worth it only my husband will have me and he need to prove himself worth of my love and faithfullness. My mother always told us sell yourself expensive. I was a model until a few months ago. I know im an attractive woman dozens of men have hit on me since im 15 years old. Only 2 got me my first boyfriend and my now husband. Thats how i respect my self and i demand the same from my husband. Men are different from us they have other needs, strengths and weaknesses. We complete each other. I am 5.9 and weight 146 pounds of slim body my husband is 6.4 and weights 240 pounds of pure muscle but somehow the stupid feminists tell us we are the same. I am fragile i am vulnerable i cant carry heavy things in the top pantry, change tires or carry 10 grocery bags like my husband. I love feeling protected and pampered i love having my door open or chair pulled waking up in my husband strong and protective arms. Im a strong woman but with my husband im way way stronger.

The respect he has for her is one of his most attractive qualities!

Cuz I'm Korean I really can understand Jin's mind. Like Hattie said, Korean's clothing are conservative than British outfits, and the clothes Hattie wore in this video are all uncommon in Korea except number1! Haha. But that mind seems more likely to come up with protective instinct and Jin's love. You two are so lovely, and I'm always rooting for this couple.

What's hilarious is how Jin tries to be moderate, supportive, and gently suggestive while being so obviously uncomfortable/against something 🤣
