I thought it’s no longer I who sins but the flesh that sins as Paul says, I can’t make sense of this verse please help me

Brother with the whole verse in context I feel it's talking that if you bear the sword for wrath or evil that same shall come up on you kinda like eye for an eye like you reap what you sow in this lifeyou'll get what you put out if it's wrath you give then wrath you'll receive them it goes to say tribute for those who tribute an vise versa if your saved an live in wrath then wrath shall come upon you also but with us being of God we stop wrath with love kindness that'd our sword to stop those of wrath to cut it down it's hard for someone to bring harm when you shower with love does that make sense to you if we try to destroy wrath with wrath we will receive the same back
