Are they giving anything in written after the service? Are they asking to drop the vehicle even after taking an appointment ? are they properly explaining what went wrong or just asking to sit in the lounge? I have XUV 7OO and I saw the email late so today I took appointment and tomorrow will be visiting the service Centre.

No nothing in writing, when u visit the service centre just ask the problem they will show the wire and after service if you see it will be more insulated then earlier
