She's actually gaining back her weight now. 3-2 years ago her weight was really disturbing but she looks better now. As long as she's healthy we should support her.

I think he meant about humans' cardinal time. If you train your body to go to the toilet at the exact time everyday, your body will get used to it. You'll only poop during that time and won't interfere with your work 🤗
