I swipe left: if it takes more than two photos to figure out who they are in group shots; if photos are blurry; if all the photos are somewhere exotic (yea dude, I'm not chasing your ass around the world); if they're with unexplained women (especially in every photo); if they say "married, but.." or open relationship; if they get super specific about their ideal woman or they belittle women who wear makeup/certain clothes, etc; if they're on the other side of London (that's a long distance relationship and I don't want it). You can see why I'm still single...

Yes! Here in the south, so many dudes post photos of them beaming with pride whilst either holding onto or posing with whatever carcass they've just killed. Ugh... Thankfully, I'm now engaged & he's "the one." The dating scene is just dreadful. Prior to meeting my fiance in 2017, I tried several of the dating apps (Bumble, Tinder & something else). It became a running joke among friends & family- In Texas (where I was living), 3-4 out of every 10 dudes would be proudly holding up a dead or suffocating fish, just smiling like they thought they'd found the golden ticket to all the good pussy. Even as I recollect this, I'm still both amused & stupefied.

OH. MY. GOODNESS!!! I can't breathe! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Marriage isn't easy, but dang I'm glad that I'm not in the current dating market anymore. I'm also very glad online dating wasn't a thing back when I was. My best girlfriend has me cracking up with the crap she sees out there. But this video was next world hilarious!! I have a family member who married someone they met online. The family member came home one day and his wife straight up packed all of her stuff and half of his and rolled out! No warning, no argument, nothing. He went to some of her family to see if anyone knew what happened and was told that they weren't surprised seeing as though she was just released from a mental institution prior to them meeting!!🤯 I could not believe it. And it was totally messed up that nobody told him. Moral of the story...ask specific questions within the first 3 dates (i.e. "been to any nice psych wards recently?"). The more you know...

When it comes to social media, I'm a: usually an early adopter (I can't tell you how many platforms I've seen sink beneath the waves, and then others, like Pinterest where I was a beta tester, really take off!) I've never been on WhatsAp or Snapchat though because my sons have begged me not to. I cede to their wishes in this instance. ;) and b: tend to hit it and quit it. Haha.
