I think the thing about Meilyne’s degeneracy is how utterly shameless yet clueless she is. The Trash Taste Boys’ are aware of their degeneracy and know what’s messed up from a “normal person’s” perspective but Meilyne asks the most out of pocket shit so normally (buying perfume for her body pillows and my favorite moment that isn’t here was “don’t you wanna know what the inside of their mouth feel like’” referring to anime characters drinking stuff in commercials) and what’s so much more funny is that she’s a lot more worried about offending people over the most mundane things while freely talking about things like sweat and accidentally eating her a part of husband’s finger in her sandwich. This is precisely why she’s so hilarious and I love her for it. She’s like Madoka Magica, she’s kind and looks nice from the outside but she has knowledge of some pretty heinous shit. I love it.
