Jo aapne psychological phenomenon ki baat ki usse "vicarious achievement" bolte hai. Ik this because maine ispe study ki hai a few years back. Pyramid marketing scam jo hota hai wo issi phenomenon pe based hai. I was fortunate enough to not know any person or community before I appeared for the CEED 2023 exam. Results ke baad maine jab LinkedIn pe logo se suggestions puche tabhi mujhe community ke baare mein pata chala. And it's extremely important to dodge 'vicarious achievement' by knowing yourself ki tum kis chiz mein jyada beh jaoge. Exam se pehle I just saw YT videos and I felt enough by just watching those videos. But Interviews and admission ke waqt I definitely needed a community network.

Very Insightful! and true Also many make way too big a deal of getting into NID/IIT they get so obsessed with the end result that they forget to follow the process.

So well said! It's like creating a false sense of 'safety'. Probably the only time when "Fake it till you make it" doesn't work.

Hello Anjali. Honestly ,I'm new to your channel. And I Am a self taught ux designer,Kindaa beginner.It's been a year almost I started to learn about ux design and struggling. And the confusing part is , I'm wondering to do masters in design psychology ,now is it better to take ceed and the psychology will be part of it.?(I believe ceed is the common entrance test to do masters in design.). No, both NID and CEED exams are like JEE mains and portfolio and interview rounds are like JEE Advance

this is fear of failure. instead of diving in and starting the preparation people watch videos on how to prepare, that gives people false sense of preparation. similarly people waste too much of time on talking to people like you. what happens at the end is that portfolio sahi nhi banta, ya kabhi kabhi part a hi clear nhi hote. people must start their work on first day itself. and after watching a video on a concept like perspective they must apply it as well.

Nope , no problem at all, but interviewers can ask to know about your stability, BCS they have your data

Hello , i am pursuing my bachelors in animation which is 3 years degree , if i cleared CEED am i eligible for admission in m.des in IIT??. i am really confused because in many sites it said iit only give admission who have completed minimum 4 year degree. If they doesn't give admission to the ones who have 3 year degree why they let them give ceed exam if they don't get admission? Plz reply am really confused already filled exam form.

@@dishajain6778 IIT don't give admission with 3 years degree but CEED score will help in getting admission in other universities given the site. So one way or another ceed score will help. NID will give admissions with 3 years degree and better in terms of design than IIT for that one need to crack DAT exam.

In Iit roorkee information brochure they mentioned that "Any candidate who has completed Four-year graduate degree in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects in 10+2 with a valid CEED/GATE score. " What does it mean? Currently I'm doing bachalors in geography, and i didn't have maths in my 12th ami i eligible for iit roorkee for M.Des

I think, to be applicable for CEED you need to do min 3 year graduation or whatsoever, but different IIT’s have set up different eligibility criteria For example IIT Hyderabad lets you in if you have done BFA or interior design but IIT Kanpur doesn’t let such people in People with Bdes/engineering background are eligible to apply for all iits and iisc but others need to check the specific criteria of specific iits

Yaar mene to previous year bhi kiya tha fir bhi Rank 700 aai ceed main i got part A main 40 marks Part B main only 28 marks Lost all hopes of getting into any IIT Btw i got 73.5 in NID UD 27/40 & 46.5/60 AIR 2 Han Open category see hun main IDK what will happen now.......

Your Part A score is very good but Part B is not good enough. Part B score contributes to 75% of your total score. Part A me 30s me bhi chalta hai. But Part B le liye you should aim for 60-70s me.
