Why did his team only score 64 goals last season? Arsenal scored 89! We don't need a second rate striker. We have 4 players better than Viktor at that position.

Arsenal forget it... Sporting won't release VIKTOR GYÖKERES for less than the 100 million release clause. It was the 4th best scorer in the world 2023-24 (43 goals), just one goal away from Mbappe (44) 2nd place, and Sporting is the champion 2024.

100M is the release clause. Sporting have little interest in selling now. He has made quite an impression and showing him off in Champions League games will bring revenue and ensure a good sale in one year. Yet if Arsenal come in with a hefty salary, Sporting won't be able to match, but can force the 100M.
