My squat got up to 405 at 8 reps Im considering knee sleeves as my knees hurt a little bit especially during warm up sets for the squat

How about elbow wraps. Larry's recent video really has me debating some. Trying to hit 315 from 300 and I do usually have bicep/forearm pain from the day before my bench day

Idk why but I have a bunch of pain pretty much everywhere (joints) and my knees hurts throughout the day but not when I’m lifting My elbow has this really odd Injury that I haven’t seen anywhere else.

Go see a Physiotherapist. Or maybe get checked for Rheumatoid Arthritis (can cause joint pain everywhere), just ask GP for blood test

Have you tried working with a physical therapist? I’ve had shoulder injuries in the past and I’ve learned I have to stay away from upright rows.

lu raises will eleviate the pain. i always do 10 reps with 7kg before my 10kg lateral raises. try to do them with 1kg first

I've been looking at getting braces or compressions because I have bad knees from playing tennis and volleyball for several years. I want to get into weight lifting and squats/lunges are the main source for thighs from what I've seen. Would the compressions in this video work for this do you think?

Justin Timberlake , do you happen to know why I can be having knee pain recently and especially after leg day , it’s getting worse and not sure why if I use correct form most of the time , they feel like they burn aswell .

I used to get it sometimes but found just stretching quads and hamstrings got rid of completely, knees feel more solid than ever. I’d recommended just body weight squat and position yourself where your weight is on your legs and you feel the stretch through your quad, I do it daily or whenever I think of it

Are knee sleeves beneficial for preventing reinjury? I tore my patellar tendon on my knee

there are special knee sleeves with a rubber ring that pressurizes the patellar tendon and protect them. they helped me with my tendonitis, they are also not that expensive and worth it.
