Car is a must for growth .Also new comers should learn driving before coming to UK as learning here is expensive .If you don't have a skill then you will struggle .Foreigners have limited opportunities & job access.Mostly foreigners get low paid jobs unless have skills that are in demands .The system here is tough from job & housing & then dealing with a complex immigration system .Be careful before coming.

I am here from last 12 years. You cant make enough money on a student visa unless and until you are working on cash in hand which is of course not legal…even cash in hand rates for students is max £5-£7 pounds an hour if u work more than 20 hours a week…now if you talk about working on tax…uk’s average salary is 28-30 k a year which gives you on average 1800-2000 a month after tax…uk’s market is competitive, huge expenses and minimal wages…also…what will you do after your student visa and 2 years work visa expires?You normally end up spending all the money you have earned in visa fees or uni fee or your day to day expenses

Professional rules to follow for your own respect (1) don’t ask anyone salary (it shows financial frustration) (2) define your area of concern (don’t just randomly ask questions) (3) if you are qualified then don’t go for blue collar job. (4) if you are there for studies, do finish and complete the studies. (5) if you are living a decent life back in your own country, then just go for visit.
