@@shahnoorakhtar2341 No Sakura was scolding her like a mom when Eunchae started to complain about being the youngest and being happy that day she wouldn't have to wear pigtails anymore. Sakura was the first who told her to not complain about it because it would be gone faster than she could believe and she'd be an adult and seen as an adult, so she just needs to enjoy it while she can.

@@slackmocha In Kpop? Not particularly yikes compared to some other Kpop groups and also to Jpop. Eunchae is 17. Compare that to Somi or Wonyoung, who were both heavily sexualised on debut, despite being 15 and 14 at the time. Or some of the nastier Jpop habits. Gravure models, FFS.

But when Eunchae says that she, as the youngest member of the group, the Maknae is in charge of cuteness for the group, the "cuteness" that Eunchae was referring to means 'acting cute', like with a cute facial expression and/or a cute voice. Both Sakura & Chaewon are great at Aegyo, but Yunjin, not so much🤣, if Eunchae ever needed a break from doing Aegyo is what I was referring to. Also if Eunchae ever needs refresher course on Aegyo, she should seek out Park Jiwon somewhere in the same HYBE building and get tips from the Aegyo Master.

@@JT-ov2yr Park Jiwon is from which group? Does Sakura like doing aegyo? What variety shows would you recommend to watch for Le Sserafim? For me Nayeon, Jiu of Dreamcatcher and Kai of Lovelyz are fantastic at aegyo. One of my favorite aegyos was the one Kai did when she and Heejin and Siyeon were on the same show.

She is *Great!* .🥰 fromis_9 is *Great!* 2) Sakura & Cheawon have natural Aegyo, and are cute as hell when they do it.❤ 3) Start here at zaikology, they do the 'best of' clips from a various shows that Le Sserafim is on and if anything catches your fancy, search out the full episode to watch it. A lot of time when I watch zaikology they show a clip that is new to me and then I go find it, Thanks zaikology. Zaikology will also give you an overall quick feel for the Le Sserafim members, and either you will like these girls or not, and if you do like them, just about any content they are in is fun to watch, and this holds true for any kpop group. I would just say whatever shows that you watched Nayeon, Jiu and Kai on that you liked, Le Sserafim has probably been a guest on those same programs as well. So there are just so many variety shows, hundreds & hundreds of them, I can't even start to recall 1/1000 of them, to start with go to LESSERAFIM_official channel and watch [LENIVERSE] & [DAYOFF], they are fun, and of course Knowingbros & MUPLY will give you a good feel for the members, and of course KBS Kpop & M2 channels always have really interesting fun games & skits for the idols. You got me interested in Nayeon, Jiu and Kai, I know very little of them, but I will seriously check them out now when I have time! So many great groups out there and so little time to fully appreciate them all.

Nayeon's stance on hierarchy is actually very much challenging South-Korean status quo here in a brilliant way. A lot of their society is very rigid, not allowing for much flexibility. It remains a leading country in suicide rates for many reasons - there is much societal change to come which I believe will happen over the next few decades.

Nayeon is almost 30 and Eunchae is only 17. What would a grown woman who's almost 30 and a high schooler have in common? What would they have to talk about? Exactly. Nothing. And considering SK's social hierarchy, there would be so much emphasis on Eunchae respecting Nayeon as her dongsaeng in their friendship that it would be awkward for both parties excluding the big age gap.

Has nothing to do with defending, what Nayeon said is completely reasonable and even very responsible of her. I’m just 19 and even I wouldn’t be friends with someone younger than 16. it just seems weird to me, they’re at a completely different point in their life and we are just 4 years apart. Nayeon is almost 30! A few years more and she could literally be Eunchaes mother, they’re at literally COMPLETELY different stages in life, have other priorities, and also other power dynamics even if it isn’t intentional, being friends with someone that much older can very much affect and influence you in a negative way even if that person is good. And Then on top of that there is just Korean age hierarchy, Nayeon said she didn’t care about it but if we grow up with a culture we always have atleast some parts of it in us, and in this particular case rightfully so.

Eunchae is a teenager, a minor, though and Nayeon is almost 30. Your mom is friends with someone who, despite being much older than her, is an adult and has life experience just like she does while Eunchae has no life experience other than attending school and being a idol, but Nayeon has years of experience over her. The only thing the two of them would have in common is idol life/work, but even then, Nayeon is her senior by half a decade and 3rd gen is different from 4th gen, so all she could really do is give her advice and tell her how the industry works, but what else would a grown woman and a teenager have in common with one another?

@@czenniesomnionce2119 my mom's friend isn't even that old she's 20(turning 21 this year) but I get what you mean if Eunchae becames older with more experience I think they still can be friends if my mom who's older than her for 20+ years along with their generational gap what's stopping if Eunchae turns into an adult with more experience in life to befriending people who's much more older than her.
