I really enjoy all your videos!! This one was such good happy feels, thank you for the inspiration. So I've been recording videos myself, but I'm at three different days of trys and 20 takes of "I hate it, delete." And I really feel pulled to talk about these topics (in asmr form) of ego, shadow self and feeling your feeling because I read alot of comments of people on ASMR saying (I'm paraphrasing) "I need permission to rest" "I never hear these positive affirmations" "I'll never forgive my parents for what they did to me" "I cried, I needed that" "This is the only place I feel safe" And there are other videos about healing your inner child and reparent yourself. But I'm going to whisper because I found that when your relaxed you might be able to search your subconscious alil easier

Your special moments are beautiful!!! That inspired me to take more pictures of my extra special every day moments

The kittens! I'm still trying to figure out how the planets and aspects layer, and how to tell what part of life they are affecting. The writing fountain within is on its way to welling up. It seems like the same life force that gets me physically active is the same life force that goes into me writing. It gets withdrawn when I can't trust my environment fully. I travelled by bicycle about a couple of hundred miles, with some weight, on tires that I thought were pumped up all the way but weren't, and it took a lot out of me. Been recovering for what seems like a month or more. Life force was low, but getting up there lately. I'm getting wordier. I think finding the right fit in a community will be sustaining as well, making better flow of life force instead of the inefficient burning up of the many forms of anxiety I have to live with while trying to get to where I fit in. Ugh!

I have to get used to this new schedule.. looking forward to making this a Sunday ritual with L The robot rap gpt me. where do you find these things? You reminded me that there was an article that came out to the effect that new evidence for a planet X was more likely. I had intended to get back to the article and forgot.. now I have to search for it. As always.. we have our synchronicity. I've been working on the design for the rosette of the guitars I'm building and that made me look at mandalas for inspiration. Oddly enough, a friend of mine had gone to a class where they were making mandalas. Then another friend of mine in Egypt went to see a presentation on arabic design where they used alot of math to basically create ornamentation. We both were speaking about how they are basically mathematical mandalas. Anyway, I came up with a design and decided to break the mandala like tradition and went my own route lol. Maybe the universe is telling me to go with tradition, but this homey don't play that lol Thanks for the wonderful vid as always.. I like this new format -R

Haha - I'm so glad you liked the robot rap! That planet X or nine or whatever...it's getting closer to being revealed I think. I just can't figure out why it is so hard to find, but we have pictures of the furthest reaches of the galaxy. I don't get it still.
