🙏✨ I've had this question for years since I've become vegan (not because someone told me😄, because I genuinely love not causing anyone any harm - thru my choices of food, lifestyle, everything...) & thus, preaching it from my heart to others as well..., but as said had this ques always in the back of my mind as we know that everything in this material world is an illusion so, though I know causing no harm even in dream is also good but yeah😅 for genuine and deeper understanding and clarity could u plss plss elaborate a bit more..

The activities of this reality are not real as are other "realms". Other realms are as much an illusion as this life in this body. It is easy to misunderstand the meaning of this video because what is only important is that what is real and the only "activity" which will touch reality is atma-vichara. Everything else transpires within the imagination of mind. A spiritual passport is meaningless if one does not end up practicing atma-vichara. Everything else prolongs the dream including good behaviors like proper diets and ahimsa. Ahimsa alone will never lead us to freedom.
