Nice and comfortable rooms Arsen! I would also get the deluxe room with balcony as this is STILL very cheap per night no matter where you are traveling from!

Amazing place, 3 years ago I stayed 50 m farter in OYO hotel, nice & quiet place but only 7 min walk from Bangla Road. Your hotel looks like quat new, probably 3 years ago there wasn't here. Next time I will stay at Baan Paradise. Good job :)

I like how they give you a tour before getting the room. I don't believe they do that anywhere in the U.S.

I would get the balcony room just for the bigger bed and the rain shower head.

You forgot to ask if the hotel has a joiner fee policy because even though the prices may initially appear cheap and reasonable guests often find out they have to pay upwards of 500 to 1000 baht every time they have a visitor . It’s advisable to ask if there is a joiner fee for the benefit of single travellers .

I plan to stay Jan 16- Mar 12 (2 month) so thinking hotel vs airbnb.

Looks very nice but unfortunately no elevator is a dealbreaker for wheelchair users like me 🙏

Dear Arsen, I think Palmyra resort is better than this hotel, because if you book prior, you can get in 800 bhat pool view room with breakfast. I stayed there 3 days at price of inr 6200 ( approx 2600 bhat)
