You know what I've noticed? When you realize you're dealing with an adult throwing temper tantrums trying to provoke you, it doesn't work. Even knowing you would be justified to be angry, there's no desire. If I tell a two year old the sky is blue and the child tells me the sky brown, I'm not arguing with them and I'm not taking it personally 😅 I'm not in a hurry to prove the sky is blue to a child who may not even agree with me what blue is. It's not that serious 😊 Edited to add: Have y'all noticed that neither angels nor God just start explaining what's what somebody's looking at? They always, what do you see? And then based upon what they can actually see, then they explain. There's wisdom there. We can't explain to ourselves or anyone else what can't be seen, be it by us or them. This is so true. I've seen it with a old neighbor smh pure wickedness. She monitored me for a while from her window then approached me and my daughter one day. I helped her in so many ways but she was an enemy all along... it's so much stuff she was doing and deflecting. I learned to just stop entertaining/ talking telling her anything and she couldn't figure out what my moves were after that I moved.🎉❤ 👏🏾💪🏾💯🤫 I'm sure she's still living in that place of misery after the management changed.

One thing that will help for sure with the weight loss is definately finding out what your blood type is, and eating according to your blood type. I have found that the foods that prohibited me from losing weight are on my avoid list, and the foods that I have always liked anyway, and can tolerate, are on my highly suggest list. The recommended vitamins per my blood type have been a blessing as well. Taking them has decreased my cortisol level that had me up to 1-2 AM. Now I am wanting to go to bed even. Feeling much better after going through that covert narc dynamic that reaked much havoc on my body. Block them, and ignore them. They are just like children in that they would rather receive negative attention than no attention. As she stated, they are doing just anything to try to make you come out of character to justify their evil behavior towards you.

The one person at work who was nothing but cordial, talking to me, even trained me, now she could not make eye contact with me. There was one time after I was trained and no longer sat next to her….she passed by my car in the parking lot and stared right at me. She had this very strange glint in her eyes that I recognized from my narcissistic mother. I stared right back at her, didn’t say anything just returned the stare. Every time after that she looks away, cannot look at me, and when she tries to look at me each time I go to bathroom now, she pretends she is doing something. I did not expect that from her because I thought we were cordial, but now I realize how many people she talks to, and how she tried to use me to get ahead at work, etc. It backfired on her because she got in trouble for doing the wrong things and for trying to get away with not doing her job. I listened to the Holy Spirit and just “let her” do the damage. Thank you for your video. It gave me a moment to think about what was going on.
