Jin-seok is one heck of a guy. Going through all of the episodes, l observed that he is the most intelligent and most analytic among the men. I agree with you on his 'one liners',...."my ears are bleeding", "what do you say counsel", "yes, but not anymore". The way he laid it down on Minyoung when he realized she was scrambling for him "only" after she noticed that that Minju was interested in him and that no other guys wanted her. He is so cool!

Yun Ha-jeong is by far the best female contestant in the entire Seasons 1-3. Beyond and more important than her good looks is her spontaneity and charisma. She is able to be both enigmatic and yet somewhat predictable. She is loyal to Gwan-Hee even though he doesn’t deserve her and is genuine. Yes, we know her eye movements and other idiocracies but they only add to her being a Netflix series magnet. She is also intelligent and probably most important she is genuine and wears her heart on her sleeve. She deserves to find a good man but Lee Gwan-hee is neither intelligent enough nor loyal enough to appreciate her monogamous nature. Even if nobody selects her in the end, she’s still a winner because she followed her heart and there are so many men out there who will appreciate her - stay true to yourself Yun Ha-jeong 😊

I don't agree with ur Gwanhee opinion. Just bcs he doesn't like her like that doesn't make him less deserving. It's okay for him to like not just her and choose ultimately the one he likes. It's a dating show for god's sake. And he is considerate and friendly to people there,i mean there is a reason that intelligent girl like her fall for him

I'm not really a fan of her, but I applaud her honest reaction, like she speaks what's on her mind. Most of the girl contestants are more occupied with trying to look pretty on camera, and it doesn't feel natural. Hajeong seems like the type of person who will savor the moment and don't want to regret it. I agree that Gwanhee didn't deserve her, not even Haseyeon.

​@@adrianinsingwas about to comment this. Most girls go mad about wanting honesty from men and want a confident man, whether he is confidently quiet or vocal about it and shows it. In my opinion, Gwanhee shows the traits that most women look for in a man, but I do agree that pointing out the women like objects is wrong. Just cause he didn't feel the same way about Ha Jeong when she confessed, doesn't make him less deserving of her. He just needs to learn about his approach when being honest, but his honesty about his process is fair. The only other issue is that he expects the women to go to him. I'd assume that in a country as conservative as SK it is difficult to find women who will go and chase after a man like Ha Jeong has and that the show has helped give him the platform with their votes and truth or drink games, idk how he has been doing it all along but expecting all the women to chase after you or pull you for a chat like you're the prize and writing them off if they don't is quite weird and that may be where the cockiness comes in. But otherwise I feel like he has an intriguing and fun personality and we only really hate him for him pointing the girls out the way he did and perhaps his off-putting confidence at the beginning but tbf I think maybe the inferno crew told them to be like that cause most of the females if not all had that sort of attitude too.

This time even the Hosts are fun ! Like they are more open and sarcastic. I love thisssss

Even Dahee is frustrated with Gwanhee in Ep 9😂😂

I think due to his competitive nature, gwanhee wants minji more since she's more popular amongst the men, but hyeseon is certainly a safer choice if he wants to leave the inferno with someone at the end so he'll keep her around. gwanhee has already written off ha jeong when she scolded him about wanting to be chased. in a normal situation with a normal 36 year old man, the scolding should humble him immediately, but gwanhee is just a petty manchild, once ha jeong told him she won't chase him, his mind goes 'fine then i'll get someone else to chase me' and he really stuck to his words haha

Gwanhee is such a pathetic guy, Hajeong deserves SO much better than him. Because his fragile asf ego got hurt, his apology was more "forget about the relationship" rather than "forget about the incident, let's work on the relationship", so instead of owning up to his disrespectful tactics and actual feelings for her he's emotionally shut her out from his *"33% equation"* 💀 and obviously not even chosen her for paradise. Gosh I really dislike him, completely get why the host Da Hee dislikes him aswell. The argument was bound to happen and someone being hajeong grew a few balls and needed to call his ass out, and if a small confrontation of his rudeness that all the girls agree on might I add means the relationship is ruined, then so be it.

​@@shockedpikachuface7376 gwanhee is really out there thinking he's some sort of emperor picking out a concubine. ha jeong deserves someone who's on the same wavelength as hers, but she just kept wasting her time and effort on gwanhee even though he's been trying to cut her off from all 1 on 1 interactions. ha jeong seems to only have a few tricks up her sleeves when it comes to gwanhee, the chin, the creepy stares, and random banters to get his attention. whenever gwanhee pulls away she become desperate, doing everything she said she wouldn't do, like chasing him and showering him with affirmation and affection as an attempt to wheel him back in, but just driving him further away. i like ha jeong but girlie needs to stand her ground. hyeseon on the other hand, managed to find a balance between keeping gwanhee interested whilst nurturing his fragile ego, it makessense why he's still keeping hyeseon as one of the the top choices.

I love Sieun and her whole aura. She said in their interview when they where asked what moment do they regret during the shoot. She answered "I realized it while watching the show, If I don't know or have anything to do or feel nervous I touch my hair a lot. I thought maybe I should tie up my hands. I'm reflecting on myself so please see me in a good light."

Jinseok is truly "witty" in quotes bc Koreans overuse/misuse that word with great frequency but this time, it applies correctly. Jinseok is witty.

Fun fact: JIN- Taek(S1) JIN -Young (S2) and JIN-Seok(3) were my pick for each season. I wonder who’s going to be in season 4 …. JIN-Hyuk… JIN-Gyu ?!? 😊

Season is really being carried by these 3... maybe Hye Seon as well. Minji is fun in small doses. Everyone can hate on Gwan Hee but I think he's as important to SI3 as Dex was to SI2. I am still a bit sceptical about his attraction to Hye Seon in ep 6 and 7, but I am gonna go into the remaining eps with an open mind lol.

Great review 👏👏 . I think this season they legit just went after the standard korean type for girl and guy. Gwanhee applied last season n glad this season works better for him or else it would be boring. 😂 I guess they didn't expect good looking guy could be boring right for Minwoo, Minhyuk, Woo-nik and Hanbin. Our muscle guy reminded me of Sejun, how surprisingly he is so hilarious and such a gentleman ❤❤

He’s so genuine, kind, funny, loyal, and very manly, without the masculine toxicity that some guys display. I hope he and Min-ji get a chance to go to Paradise, and end-up choosing each other. This guy is pure gold - I wish I spoke Korean to understand Jin-seok’s accent. I sense the tone, but that’s about it. Gwan-hee is not my type, but I agree, he makes good television. Although he and Ha-Jeong have a good banter, I sense he’s going to end up with Hye-seon. Changing the topic, I think Si-eun is really shy when interacting with the guys. When she’s with the girls, she’s not touching her hair that much, so it’s all due to nervousness. Ha-bin is apparently an actor, some netizens said he’s been cast in “My Demon” k-drama, and that he’s been cast to play a role in SI3.

Everything right on point! 😂 so entertaining best season so far, who knew they could make it better than Dex's one. Insane. Also am I the only one who think Gwan-hee resembles Park Bogum so much? (Obviously bogummy is much more handsome) but they look alike!!

I have to say that I pretty much agree with your assessment of the show so far. One comment I have, is that with the exception of Hye Soon, the rest of the women spend far too much time playing with their hair. You're on a hot island - pull your hair back and get it off of your face (nowI sound like my mother, though I've always had short hair so it never applied to me!). As far as the guys, once I found out that Gwan Hee was a basketball player, I knew his ego would be the size of the island. I'm not sure that he'll pair up in the end with anyone. I think the women are seeing through his BS. Jin-Seok was my favorite from the start - he was funny, not overbearing. I hope he'll go home as part of a couple.

They shouldn’t be the same, but even introverted personalities can shine through. Look at Jinseok, he’s chill and calm most of the time, but a very mature and funny guy. Reality tv doesn’t like boring people, and if you are shy or calm, you have to compensate for those things.

Where is Jin Seok's accent from? Im not a Korean but it sounds like a Busan accent? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought South Koreans discriminate against Busan accent cos it sounds too crude/villagey to them

To be honest, I really do not like Minji. To me she doesn‘t seem genuine at all, it seems like shes putting on an act 24/7 trying to be cute. Her laugh sounds super fake and the constant Am I pretty? Does this suit me? is so annoying. Hajeong and Hyeseon are the nicest girls by far i love them

In the 5th episode, Guan née was heavily criticized for his behavior. He did nothing to be criticized for. Guan née is socially awkward and he is not as polished as the others who are models and what not, and they come across as really fake. They say all the right things and do all the right things. Poor Guan nee has a job that has him surrounded by males all the time, and in season 5, he was talking about the girls as if he was talking to his teammates, and the viewers roared with hatred. Even one female sportscasters said on the show how she hated him, and took every chance she had, to belittled him. I didn’t think she was professional at all; she should have left her personal opinion at home, it’s a job. I think Guan née was the most honest and had the least romantic experience in the show, because he is constantly surrounded by males who are his teammates. You can see that all of the others were excessively polished, fake, and boring.

Yah and the most popular girl in SI3 didn’t carry the show
