sir how to deal with the pain during obturation on 2nd sitting?? should give LA and do ubturation or wait for some days till the pain subsides... (in case of vital tooth )

Dont give LA while obturating, if there is pain in the particular canal, clean that canal again.. Do circumferential filing, or check working length again and then dry the canal and obturate it

Can you answer my query? I had my RCT on molar tooth. On second seating after 3-4 days, doctor did another process like pins and all,may be checking puss etc. When she put the pin deep to the tip of the root, I got an excruciating pain. She again gave anesthesia and re-do something. On next visit she again put needle inside and the pain was still when it went deep. So she simply didn't put the needle much deep and said see no pain, everything is fine. Crown was placed after some days and still after two years I feel it is still fine and not paining at all. Please tell why I got that pain.

Hi Sir, i have started my RCT, and faulty vein is dead now. no sensitivity of hot/cold now. but pain is there. 2 sittings are done and dressing is there only. final feeling will be there in case of no pain. the pain is when i chew something on that side and upper teeth touches below one. what could be the fault here ? the drilled hole , pain is where the second teeth is joined. but on that teeth no pain or sensation.

You need to have an OCCLUSAL ADJUSTMENT. Your teeth should not be meeting much when biting, that will cause pain

Sir I have taken RCT in 2014,few days back i found pain in my molar and went to dr.she told me there is need of RERCT treatment.she did her treatment and send me back.There was too much pain in my molar so she gave me an injection to stop the pain.after 4-5 days my molar was ok but i found that there is problem in opening my mouth and pain in jaw on that side and stiffness and pain in my head.I went to the dr.again.she checked and gave me a tablet named Flexon-MR twice a day.I took this tablet at night since last 4 days at night.but there is no change.stiffness in head and headache is same and problem in opening my mouth is also same.can you tell something about this why all these problems are going on.yet she has not done his full treatment.she has put calcium nad antibiotics in my molar.please suggest.🙏

TOP check kar lo...Agar pain nahi hai aur pulp expose nahi hai to normal gic ya composite filling kr sakte hain. Grossly carious dikh raha to aur thoda bhi TOP ho to rct hi karenge.

Sir there was bump or swealing in my gum near teeth but no pain in Feb doctor said that it is infection and rct is soluction.. now rct and crown work is done but there still bump in lower gum but no pain ..When I press bump or swelling. It decreased but after some time it appear again...I insist doctor for my full mouth x-ray but he said that it is naturally... No worry

Hello sir I have a query. I did BMP on lower anteriors.. obturation is not done yet and after two days patient came with a complaint that the entire jaw is paining and the painkiller is not working at all. (it's not hypo extrusion) 0.5 mm short of cleaning was done. I understand some pulp might have remained but why is it paining so badly that patient is not able to take food. (patient didn't have pain before , RCT was done because it was attrited and needed crowns)

Pain will aggregate after two months with puss formation so again u have to do re RCT and find the pulp which you missed 👍🏻

There is no sensitivity but I am not able to chew food it's paining so much .

Do painless cavity need root canal treatment ? I had a big cavity in upper jaw molar but that didn't pain. Doctor gave me a temporary filling for one month. @@the.travelogram Yes I am fine now as it was 3 months ago lol. Dont worry the pain usually takes 4 days to completely stop. Till then have the prescribed painkillers.

Well if someone wants to know what it was so..... It was nothing but a hum infection type thing which spreads with if not treated And the treatment is nothing complicate but to floss regular and they give you a medicine toothpaste to put in the infected gums for at least 30 mins before eating anything and a medicinal mouthwash to gargle after the eating for 15 days. Sorry for my language error.

@@king-uf1wu thank you so much. I just had my r.c.t 1st shift done. Well, I'm a person scared of injection and here it came like yeah one after the other, and now it hurts! But my doctor was good she took it slow for me. On Tuesday I still am called for the post-endo treatment I wish everything will be fine soon. Also, imma quit eating chocolates 😭🥺

@@sanjujhajhria3225 agar mai sach batao toh mujhe thoda bohot hua tha jab root canal clean kar raha tha..... and jab cap ke liye size liya tab mujhe vomit aane hi wala tha but nahi aya but don't worry think that you wouldn't die during RCT... remember that I am sharing my experience during RCT not to scared you and you will also feel proud when it will complete... I have done 1 RCT, 2 filling and 3 filling are remaining 😭😭 ...... After RCT it is normal to have pain whithin 7 days so don't worry that you have pain after RCT .... It is quite painful not much so you will survive it easily... Have a nice RCT to you❤️❤️❤️and clean your teeth regularly

It's not the dr dint do appropriate treatment some time bacterial infections or puss formation may be which might disturb u while you bite some pts have pain even after a perfect Root canal Just have medications it will subsidized ur pain slowly inshallah thank you don't get panic
