A Malaysian here. Malaysia is not an Islamic or Muslim country, but a Muslim-majority country. I'm speaking as a non-Muslim. Islamic or Muslim country implies that pretty much all citizens are Muslims, which is not the case here in Malaysia. Anyway, I agree that Muslims never forced non-Muslims to convert, unlike European countries who colonised us and tried to convert everyone to Catholicity or Christianity by force.

French people don't just fight Islam in their own country, they have the gall to want and fight it around the world as well, even in Muslim countries. This kind of documentary is no surprise at all coming from a French "journalist". The words he's using mean to have a strong impact, and for a lot of weak minded people, it works. The "journalist" was talking about brainwashing the children when they actually are the ones brainwashing their people, and a lot of them are falling for it. What a shame!! Les Francais ne se contentent pas de combattre l'Islam dans leur propre pays, ils ont egalement le culot de vouloir le combattre dans le reste du monde, meme dans les pays Musulmans. Ce genre de documentaire venant d'un "journaliste" Francais, n'est une surprise pour personne. When the journalist saying "the target is to reach 100% of population to be muslim", me as a Malaysian was like... Huh? When was this ever a goal in this country? They accurately translated what the lady said, which btw was about the Islamization of 'the forest People,' i.e., what we Malays call 'orang asli.' So, as much as I hate to point this out, you missed the context, brother.

I believe what she meant was according to the constitution, to be a Malay, you need to be muslim, speak Malay and follow Malay traditions. So in a sense, Malay is not really a race from blood. Anyone can become a Malay. But if a Malay leaves Islam, then he/she will not be considered Malay anymore.

As a Muslim though, I felt sad seeing those liquor stores openly operating just like the others so called Muslim countries I visited such as Turkey, Uzbekistan, UAE etc . None of these so called Muslim countries are implementing the complete Law of Allah( Shariah) not even Saudi Arabia...the leaders had bow down to the pressure of the western leaders and adopted their so called western democracy.

muslim population is 65% and the rest have been drinking even before Malaysia is formed. cant do anything about it. since Malaysia is multiracial and respects others freedom way of life. although personally, i prefer that Malaysia fully bans alcohol because every year there are cases of vehicle accident caused by drunk drivers. and their punishment isnt as heavy because in their defence 'they were drunk and didnt mean for things to happen' which is messed up

In Malaysia, even some non muslims enjoyed hearing the adzan, Quran or anything the muslim community does, my friend from other school has an indian friend where he literally memorise the whole Al-Fatihah and knows how to salawat, despite having a not so matured attitude, he still manages to know bad and good things rather than us ourselves. i pray insyallah he will convert aamiin

The word amuk and "orang utan" in the English dictionary are borrowed from our malay word. It is now in the English dictionary. They know not to cross the line. That is why they take the word in because they already experience it. Some of our malay brothers were brought to Africa malay cape town as white man slaves. Most Africans convert to christians, but not our malay brothers who have lived there for more than 200 years. You can hear this in the late syeikh Ahmad deedaat an interview in Australia. We are small, weak and short people but we the majority of malay will not abandon Islam. We will always be Muslim.

The Arabs converted you to Islam, and if the Europeans wanted to they would have done the same to you with Christianity as they were even more powerful. Look around you.
