Cant believe I never noticed that reset time difference, now it makes sense why the RSASS always felt so damn clean

The RSASS dogtag barter is amazing, I've been rocking it for a while and the gun is so good. Don't feel bad spending the roubles making it full meta since the gun is "free", and as you said it comes already with many meta parts. Use exactly the high ergo build you describe, recoil is still perfect.

RSASS is great for mid/long range due to its fast re-center, but if you plan to play a DMR in CQB the M1A is absolute king. The 50 rounder is a gods gift when facing multiple enemies, combined with the non existing recoil makes it almost broken. Still my favorite on interchange. :>

You forgot one thing about the loud build, how good it sounds

if somebody gave me a ridge ring i would probably keep myself safe there on the spot

They need to lower the recentering time for all weapons, would make semi auto much more viable without having to do a whole lot until we get the rework

They drop A LOT from scav cases. I stopped using the because it's just stupid how good they are, made playing not interesting for me lol. Also I didn`t know about return after the shot speed, figure that`s why it feels so good.

The Rsass is a gun that is really good but hard to find ammo and it is meant for late to mid wipe. I personally prefer the tiny sr-25 built better than the meta builds for the rsass.

M62 is quite good ammo - 3 shots break any armor to zero and 4 shot prorably will kill everyone (need to test). Also there is chance to two shot 5 class armor (which is popular at late stage of wipe). Cause 4 class armor most popular it's easy to kill most of players by this ammo. M80 now much worse.

If you decide on this caliber and want it silenced, SR/M1 are the way to go. RSASS is meant to go loud due to low ergo.

Rsass to expensive sks with pso is way to go if you low on cash and also wanna drop chads (from personal exp)

How come your leg broke during that fight at the shed? Was that caused by the jump or by a shot?

But didn't you release a highly positive of the review of the G28 in the same caliber only a short while ago? So which is the gun we're supposed to run in this caliber - G28 or RSASS?

It depends what you want out of the weapon. G28 gives you massive arm stamina boost because of the low weight, so is better for searching using the scope, whereas RSASS gives you faster accurate shots when on target. In general I think the RSASS is probably better, but there are advantages to the G28 that the RSASS doesn't have

@@Gigabeef Thanks for the reply! The low weight is indeed a boon. Maybe this could be an idea for future videos: When you explain why something is strong for a certain reason, add a minute or two at the end putting that advantage in context to explain in which circumstances it would be better to use another niche weapons advantage. Just an idea though.

G28 is way too expensive to be used commonly IMO, I'd stick to RSASS

I may be crazy but I swap the barrel to the shorter one

Rfb and RSASS are S tier especially if you have 6 dog tag cases filled from a wipe of pvp

You forgot about the sr-25

its the strongest gun in the game with m61, maybe the Mutant with mai ap is slightly better. the problem is your stuck with m80 with the occasional m62 being not much better. that's where the svd comes in with bt so you can actually run big boy rounds without throwing away craft time

A bit late to the party but here's another opinion which might help with your decision if you haven't bought the game already: buy the standard edition if you plan to really learn the game and you start the game with lots of shooter experience from other games which will help with your decision making and aiming skills in general (despite the recoil system bring totally different from what you are used to). The thing is that EOD is very expensive and saves you only so much time the better you know how to play. In your first wipe it'll save you 100s of hours but in your third wipe you won't even notice a huge difference because you won't die that often anymore and will be able to unlock the Epsilon container (8 slot vs Gamma's 9 slot) after roughly 30 hours. During that time you'll play budget gear anyways and won't have access to more than a documents case and a surgery kit. Valuables are rare but not that rare that you'd need the gamma space to actually make money early on. Later in the game you will have the Epsilon anyways which is totally fine as long as you know what you're doing. You don't always need 2 stacks (which would be the current meta imho) of expensive ammo in your secure container. Having 1 stack in your pockets is completely fine and losing that is not the end of the world but in most cases you'll use up that one "unsafe" stack anyways before you die which means it wasn't really needed to be secure in the first place. So being a single slot down is not that big of a deal. I would say get standard unless you earn the big bucks and saving money is not so important to you.

RSASS has the 2nd lowest resettle time, the RFB is the top 1 (1.6 vs 1.7, higher = better) But RFB has more camera recoil RFB has 0.176 camera recoil RSASS has 0.16 camera recoil, so it feels Better

@@Gigabeef for the price, RFB is very close to RSASS in terms of handling, but if money is no object, yeah the RSASS fully modded will beat any gun especially with the very good hidden recoil stats

Flashlights are busted though..? They're way too strong and you're basically forced to use one if at least one player in a lobby has it. Why would you gimp yourself? It only costs 10-20k. That's literally nothing.
