Not including Maye, I'm looking at Javon Baker and Jahiem Bell and Pop as the offensive pieces to watch this year. If they hit their upside they'll make th biggest impact. Alex Austin and Christian Gonzalez and Keion White as the defensive players to watch for the same reason

The offensive coaching staff was abominable for 3 4 years under Bill belichick he's an old school coach that doesn't understand the modern day offenses he doesn't if he would have hired coaches that understand that and then let them coach the offense
