My husband actually text me one-day while he was with his girlfriend, "your not human". Yea that just stuck in my head.

Perfect example: I went to my son's award ceremony at his high school. I got there early to get a seat by myself. My narcissist shows up and sits right next to me even though there were plenty of empty seats in the auditorium. She then took out her cell phone and began texting someone and giggling. I totally ignored her even though she leaned towards me so I could see her phone. I think I said a total of three words to her. When it was over, I stood up and congratulated my son and walked out without acknowledging her.

I got divorced 12 years ago and only recently have I realized what was done to me. It was on this very channel that I received enlightenment and was able to make my move. To be quite honest, living your best life *wholeheartedly will never convince much less propel anyone to welcome (and even if you do on some level.....not for a long time) .....someone of this nature. As behaving like this is a choice.....more like a freak! No relationship that is of value needs to be fought for or forgiven or whatever hype that supports enduring such headaches. Often times these types make the mistake of trying someone that ends up breaking them. Which I believe is their real karma. As often times, (for these types) being full of life and being in a functional state of mind means that this type of behavior can be exercised at will by way of the energy and life that they have.

I had major back surgery and years before he had a minor surgery that he says he had as though he went through the same surgery as mine! Really?

They definitely do watch. As soon as I was doing better (6 months later) she came back around and decided she would give me "closure". Every insecurity she knew about, every flaw was used against me. She made me look like a total ahole loser and she was the victim. Fortunately a few people who knew her had seen her do the same thing to other people - so they've been helping me see that I'm not the monster she made me out to be. Videos like this help too - thank you!

Actually...what a wonderful example of a narcissist - Scarlett O'Hara...come to think of it...she was definitely a narcissist!! Really great analogy! Great thinking! ☺

My ex narc died in 2020, a very sad and lonely death. I hadn't seen him in 23 years but I knew he was watching. He can't watch me anymore, but I still have his introject in my head. The seed he planted will always be there, but now I know He never really loved me and this makes it easier to accept that I never really loved him either. Because, you can't love someone who never existed in the first place. If you would have told me 23 years ago that his death wouldn't really affect me, I would never have believed that. It does affect me in that I feel so sad for him and find the whole thing just really sad. But, I didn't shed one tear because I was no longer hypnotized. I see clearly now what he was.

You are 100% right, everything you said. I always allowed my ex narc back into my life. Wish I had seen these videos back then. I had no idea I was a “supply.” He would drain me financially, emotionally and physically. Then he would leave. When I began to recuperate and rebuild my life, there he would be, waiting to reinsert himself into my life again. He was so afraid I was moving on to bigger and better things without him (which I was). I was weak to him because I actually loved him. He used my love for him against me. Like you said, that maintained his control of me. I was so loyal to someone who stabbed me in the back over and over.. l’ll never get those years back. Glad I stumbled across this video.

Going through same thing right now. It's only been a month since I threw him out. I blocked him and as soon as he saw me moving on contacted me through social media. Thought we were going to work it out but as soon as I said something he didn't like he raged and blocked me. He is now blocked on all and I won't fall for this again

i found you. Its such great feeling to truly be understood by another person. My relationship with the narcissist was a secret from my friends. So i've never had any opportunity or desire to discuss the details with any other person. I have NEVER in my life been so disrespected. I am self-assured individual not even seeking a relationship. But somehow he got me.I feel so foolish. yet i have learned so much about myself. I truly believe the experience was a portal for my spiritual growth. He mirrored me and it was a beautiful thing. I am an empath (of course).But when the mask began to slip, i really started to think i was in the presence if a demon. That's my story and i'm sticking to it. Spying and watching gives them supply. They need to know your next move. I locked down all my social media accounts then he started creating all his fake accounts. I had to be one step ahead all the time. Spying also requires no effort for them to make contact. Great video Andrew.

I called her a narcissist, provided the evidence of the abuse, and was emphatic about never contacting me again and questioned her integrity and character as a person, including how she sets the complete wrong role model for her son in how she treats the men in her life.

I called mine out too, on several right out lies. We were engaged and he literally never came back!! Played games via text for a couple months, even pretended to be sick with cancer. smh...another lie. He married the new supply in August. She did me a favor, be gone!! 😊👍

My ex Narc was very interested in my life when we first got together, he also painted this fantastic picture of how he lived his life and what his values were, I fell for it all and lived an 18 year nightmare. When I see him with his new lady, there have been many since I left, I feel sick to my stomach knowing they are falling for a monster.

My narcissist was caught peeking in my porch window in the dark while I was outside with other friends talking. He was caught on more than one occasion essentially stalking me. At first, I was flattered instead of frightened. I thought it meant he really cared about me or was obsessed with me, but now I realize he was just "studying" me. Wow. Hindsight. He also admits to lurking on my social media and will ask me questions regarding what I've posted. Again, it made me think he cared, but now I realize he's just playing a game.

I was raised and surrounded by narcissists - How incredible it is to hear this video because at 9 years old I specifically remember rocking back n forth on my bed, crying, saying "I'm not normal" "I'm not normal" and then at 12 I developed trichotillomania(lasted 20 yrs) because they controlled and chained my soul to their watchful eyes. They were racist towards their own daughter. Just because I had dark hair. I pulled it all out. This world is creating hell an death for babies and turning all into the demonic forces of hell.

Love this video my life 💯. I had to laugh because all I kept thinking was let him watch me. Let him see what everyone around me sees the positivity, the happiness, the confidence, the pure joy that surrounds me. Let him see that my health has never been better and my mind has never been so clear. Let him see the glow in my face and the clarity in my eyes. Let him watch and see that the mess he left me with is cleaned up and looks better then ever. Let him watch me at work and see the strong boundaries I put up to make sure I'm not taken advantage of and that I'm crushing it. Let him see how calm and at peace I am. Let him see that in spite of everything he did to me I'm still here and Im stronger then ever! Let him see the broken, confused, weak woman he remembers has risen and found all of her amazing qualities that were buried so deep within herself for so long just because she could no longer feel have returned 10 fold and will keep growing. Most of all let him ever ask me to take him back and give him a second chance and I would seriously look at him with that dumb blank narscistic stare and say GET OUT!! See there was only one second chance in this post npd abuse stage and I had already claimed it for ME the second I said ENOUGH NO MORE! The second chance was for me to start anew and to be the version of myself for with determination and dedication will continue to grow each and every day. This whole healing process is hard but it's energizing and empowering beyond words and its so worth it. When I have the support of myself and the amazing people around me who truly just want to take every opportunity to build me up instead of tearing me down what more could you hope for. I mean seriously has amazingly lucky am I. Let him watch me from afar I think God everyday he's gone! Right before I watched this video I had gotten great news and I couldn't be happier with my progress and how far I have come. Great video as always Andrew!!

Good evening! Something we all need to be very aware of is that groups like this are not only good but golden supply for narcississts. It is the perfect (new skill) classroom filled with victims. One way or another they watch our every move. It does not matter how far away we get. Time means nothing. New supply while entertaining means nothing. Their goal is to find a way to keep the cord attached to us. Even better if we do not realize that they are doing that. There is really no true way to know who we are dealing with. We can only do our best to not allow it. Narcississts are very dumb in some areas but highly skilled in others. The advantage we have that no one can steal from us is our empathy. We come by it naturally; they do not. They need it to survive. We do not. It is not something we run out of but something they most probably lost in early childhood. There is no way to stop them. It has been this way since the beginning of time. Please be aware that they are here, there and everywhere. Be cautious in groups what you share. We do not want to feed them (figuratively). Life is so hard. We try so hard as adults to come to terms with all we have been taught. All of lifes lessons. It is hard to know anything anymore! I think the main lesson we need to learn is to trust ourselves; to forgive ourselves. Empower ourself. Use caution with every word you speak. Know your truth. It is your power. We must take the focus off of them because that is where the supply comes from whether it be negative or positive. Remember that they are always watching and enjoy our suffering. Our thriving is poison to them. We do not need accolades, they do.

I didn't mean to sound as if I was being derogatory about your group or any group, just that I think that it is a very good idea to always keep the knowing thought with you as you get back out there. If we tell them how we caught on then they see a new way to step up their game. This is why we should never share personal details with total strangers (just because we felt comfortable.) Major red flag....(So tell Me All about You.) You could come back with...ie...I like puppies and sunny days. Not I was hurt very badly in my last relationship. Speaking in generalizations in groups about those hurts is different than someone prying you for information especially if you do not know them. Another tactic they use to get you to let your guard down is to overshare with You right off the bat. (This is smeared with reverse psychology). (Awe...they already trust me and are sharing so much!) It is a ploy that you should not fall for. Open up all you want... with what you are comfortable with but with a total privacy mindset. 😇😇😇 Pandora's Box comes to mind. 🔮🧿🔮

You are correct and it’s a compassionate warning. The vulnerable/covert narcissist is the exact type of narcissist you have to beware of in survivor groups and they are some of the most dangerous and most manipulative. They are so good at manipulation it can take years before you realize what they’re are doing. It’s …unreal. 😵‍💫

I found out today she was having a relationship with a friend of mine from work. 5.5 months of lies. I helped her so much. We talked about moving in getting engaged. I'm lost for words unbelievable.

Mine got me pretty good..her sister is currently doing the most terrible things possible to her husband..her mother did it to her father and her grandmother did it to her grandfather. You're out because all these men tried everything they could. Bad genes make bad women

Went 6 months no contact. Saw the narcissist because we have children. It was an awesome time then he went ghost 👻 within 24 hours. I had to remind myself that I have a life I have built in 6 months on my own and I will carry on 😁

Yes, he admitted that he keeps tabs on me? No contact for months and months. During the relationship he used GPS, to track me. He stalked me, when i was out. Honestly, i don’t believe people like that will ever change. I know he still stalks me, yet i am thankful, that i don’t have to deal with this, in my everyday life. It was the sickest relationship i ever encountered.

I really appreciate how frank you are. These people are too damaging for some of the softer advice I’ve seen. That sharp “No” is perfectly fine. Hopefully cuts through some victim’s brain fog. Also, you clearly explained how OUR actions can re-engage this toxic entanglement. Since we can only control ourselves this might be one of the most important lessons to learn! Thank you. my recent narc ex friend was surprised and shocked when he knew I found him out. he even accidentally mentioned that he's been observing and paying attention to me and how could I and How I dare to become indifferent towards him all of a sudden. the mask was slipping after he verbally bullied me twice. 1st time I let it go, 2nd time around I caught him off guard and after quite sometime understanding what narcisism is I just ghosted him and I experienced ex narc friend rage, it was not a pleasant experience. but overtime I managed to cut him off completely.

Samething bro. Me and the narcissist brother in law ghosted him. He started calling us, then one day he lost my number. He tried asking people for it but no one gave it to him. And I blocked him on social media.

I totally agree. The narcissist is always watching. I dumped my ex Chris. In December 2022 he texted me. He asked me about my friend who died in December years ago from cancer. It’s been 7 years since we communicated. Thank God for KZread channels on how to deal with narcs. No offense Andrew. I discovered your channel the beginning of this month. He was desperate for supply because he uses my dead friend as an excuse to contact me. I didn’t read his full text. I deleted it. I never responded to him. I blocked his new number. I felt so empowered. I feel absolutely nothing for him. It was a great day.

The day i felt the narc was evil, that she did evil things to me with deliberated intentions of hurting me, that was the time i felt and observed the trauma bond, the cognitive disonance and the devaluation. God helped me, through those times and the rutine normalized common life. Some things i did to upset the narc cause she always resented every word i said even if i had asked for pardon or her excuse of having lost control (reactive abuse). You cant live that life.

This video is spot on! 6 months Narc free, 5 months no contact. Praise God!!! The ex let it slip once that he would watch my house early in the relationship. Of course when I brought that up months later he denied it. Often times in the past 5 months I’ve felt like I was being watched. Never saw him but definitely felt someone watching me. Very creepy! After church last week I encountered a flying monkey working at a restaurant near my home. He said hi as he walked by our table but we didn’t engage him at all. This week I got a FB message from the narcs adult daughter saying THEY missed my nephew and wanted to know where he’d been. (I have custody of my nephew) I didn’t respond! And I blocked her on FB messenger. The flying monkeys and the narc aren’t welcome in this family!!

Andrew, yes the narc is watching indeed. She can’t stand that I discarded her before she had the chance to discard me and gain more from me. It hurts her to the very core. Narcissist don’t like losing. Goes against their getting something for nothing mentality. Narcissists also don’t like it when you remind them of how you helped them. Oh you are throwing it in their face. Yet the narcissist has the right in their mind to push your buttons and aggravate you to the point you say I did these things for you but that’s not enough. The narcissist is Cruelty. Bottom line. Of course they watch. Your pain is their pleasure. They enjoy their meals. Now you are away, and dealing with the cognitive carnage you sustained. This time, I was lucky. This time, the powers that be said, "it's enough. No more. You can open your eyes, child." Once again, I thank you for your words. My problem is that I am so relieved and overjoyed, I am giddy. Almost out of my mind with relief alone. So now, I am blithering with everything I couldn't say before. Someone else able to receive a bit of comfort because of something I said? I am delirious, and firing off love every chance I get. But you are right. It is time to heal, to care for myself. I know what I am doing here, and I am fixing it. It is just that it is so hard when you are wired this way. All I ever wanted to do was make things better. For anybody. Life is too short to allow suffering if I can do something about it. But, I am now doing the important task of caring for the person who feels that way. I am trying to make sure she never loses hope again . You light is helping me avoid the pitfalls during "recovery," and this particular one might have left me empty once more. Thank you.

The most important thing I learnt from the toxic relationship was to trust my intuition. It was screaming at me for more than two years. I would apply my logic brain to the situation and convince myself that my intuition was wrong. My gut feelings are now my best friend ❤️

Started getting a bunch of hang up calls on my phone! I changed my voice mail to the computerized voice lol… suddenly the calls stopped lol🤣 so thankful it’s over…. I have learned! Two years ago he posted that song “every move you make, every breath you take, I’ll be watching you” by the Police… when I saw that song posted my intuition told me something was off, next time I need to listen!! yep he’s watching, he’s blocked everywhere… I think he drives by my house frequently as he works about a mile away… his big ego is such a turn off! YUK! DONE! I am so mad at myself for not catching the red flags sooner! I think I was in denial, not believing it…

Andrew you’re right he was like Dr Jekel and Mr Hyde. I use to say in daylight he was one person and at night another person. I was married to him for 40 years. I was embarrassed to even write something because I couldn’t believe that I was with him that long. He ghosted me with his lies, deceit, dishonesty. He devalued and finally discarded me, after 4 years of discard I couldn’t take anymore I left him 5 days ago. I am educating myself about what happened to me, what an eye opener. I’m the only one that got away, she wasn’t ready for how mentally strong I was from overcoming the streets, prison, and a toxic upbringing. I wore her out cause she couldn’t finish me off.

Spying via mobile phones, emails, smart T.V. remote, and altering homepage of your computer and you tube - I kid you not. It's not just about the flying monkeys, even though they are in plentiful supply. Keep your boundaries strong, but ultimately enjoy your life, even if it's just quiet walks in the park.

Exactly! Watch texting. I get back soon because I don't play games. If they don't get back in a timely manner and do this frequently, (especially when they initiate the texting) watch out. I know now to probably just call it a day and move on.

Yes, in this vid, Andrew details “exactly how it is” post-relationship-abundance of inner joy and inner peace prevail-and quite the contrary “exactly how it is” in the toxic relationship. They “blow up” every vacation, ignore your birthdays unless their harem participates in it, create fictitious dissatisfaction in kids’ otherwise stellar musical performances/athletic competitions, etc etc. Free yourself from their pathetic attempts to control you and live your best life!
