I never liked Cadillac till I found a deal on my 06 sts so I bought it to flip but on the way home I fell in love and decided to keep it. Someday I want to get a cts. Both cars seem similar except the cts is faster I think.

I owned a 2007 STS, and to me they’re very different from the CTS. The interior, exterior, size and the STS is definitely faster.

I’ve had my 06 3.6 cts for over a year now and I fucking love it!!. Honestly if anyone gets a Cadillac always make sure how many owners had it and already make sure how much work they put in the car I’m the 2 owner of the vehicle and it drives like a beauty!! And always remember they are a luxurious vehicle sometimes the car you get the last owner won’t tell you how much they been thru it..

The 2004-2007 CTS-V front bumper is the one you're describing (with the more aggressive & sporty look of the larger lower grill, front lip/splitter/spoiler and the air holes underneath the fog lights & turn signals;) Also the 2006-2007 CTS Sport (3.6) shared the same front fascia as the CTS-V...👍

the main problem with the V6 models is that their automatic transmission is an absolute sloshbox. it only has 4-speeds on it (with the 5th just being overdrive), the problems with the smaller sixes (not the 3.6) is that they don't produce enough torque. this car should've NEVER came with the transmission that it has. it should've used a 6-speed or transmission with shorter gearing. either way, the car is still gonna guzzle gas since it's a cadillac, might as well just give the thing shorter gear ratios so it can do a lot more.
