    So, I think why many people prefer to add milk to tea. Milk binds the tannin, lowering is nausea - inducing cpacilities. Anyway, more than anything else, most people in the oriental countries would drink tea with their foods. Its help to ease the discomfort after drinking tea. Good advice Bernie sips.     Peppermint is not tea. It's a totally different family of plants. You're referring to an herbal infusion. We just call it tea for short.
