Students cannot bring their families with them to Ireland. Family can only visit, you can sponsor them to join you after you get your work permit.

You get post graduate/study visa upon graduation(stamp 1G),then get a job to sponsor your work permit(Stamp 1), and then you can apply for your PR(Stamp 4).
