It also sucks because I don't think I'd ever really notice if I was aimhacked. You guys are really good at picking up on it. But for me and a lot of casuals, we may not notice, so they may not get reported, and then it just continues and gets worse :( AGREE and thank you for putting so much footage of it public Jack!!

Why would they care? They already have everyone's money and are making the next installment. It's not like they're actually investing in the long-term viability of a game that they release annually. Al Simmons aff you guys know nothing about a “ban” huh? There is a ban called hwid ban. It bans your hardware even if the game is f2p. To play it again you must change hardware . So what actvition did was banning their hardware. You can get hwid ban but not account ban. You can look at google about the hwid ban and how it works.

Nah this game especially before last update was pretty bad in terms of multiplayer there is terrible spawns and map design not to mention slow matchmaking. In terms of warzone there were immense balancing issues aka dual wield pistols that’s accurate and one to 2 shots. Issues are ok the problem is they take an extremely long time to fix simple things but push more content out first for the cash

they aren’t suing the users that are in game using the hacks. they would be suing the creators of the hacks. if there’s a possibility you’ll get jail time, you’re probably less likely to create a hack for the game. honestly, just follow fortnite’s lead. seems like they knew what they were doing when dealing with hackers.

@Clayton Johnson obviously you never tried it. First, the name will not appear immediately, or at all. Second, you have to remember the exact name untill it shows on the recent player list and sift through a list of minimum 150 people to find it. The list is kinda laid out poorly as well. Every other game that cares about the players lets you report in game, right then and there.

So you waited 10-20 minutes after each game with a hacker (at the moment that would be 1/3 games, (1/4 at best), waiting for them to appear in the recent players list (if they appear at all), then scrolled for a couple of minutes to find the exact player to report them. You found and remembered the exact player each time even if their name is in weird Chinese letters and there were 5-6 people like that in the match. You've done that 40 times in the couple months the game is out. That would mean you spent about 10h of your life just reporting people. Most people would rather just stop playing. You either have absolutely no life or you're full of crap. It's no rocket science to do it, but by no means is it a plausible or worthwhile system. So yeah, they are making it difficult for players to report cheaters, because the system implemented is shit.

I know at least 5 people that I play with that cannot find the players after the match or they have to wait 10+ minutes for the stupid list to update. Some of the top streamers have the same thing happen live on stream. And Chinese players are everywhere. So just because you don't have the problem, does not mean it's non existant. Suddenly going from 40 to 25 shows that my math was good enough to prove you're full of it. HoW iS iT hArD, iTs 3 sTePS?

Don't have any problems when I turn crossplay Off. Hackers are only on PC so the fix is pretty simple, remove crossplay with PC. And there you go, 80% of those you bougt the games can finally plays fair matches...

Do you know they don't have an anti-cheat for this game? They manually review cases that someone submits of a suspected hacker. That won't even make a dent on how many people cheat on PC. Just search Warzone hackers, some even stream themselves on KZread hacking.

It's sort of a shame, because every time someone makes a great play in the back of my head I wonder if they are cheating now. I've won a few Solo's but I have to play like a wuss in mid game and stick to buildings our I'll get quick scope head shot from 2000m away by some guy who jumps in the air and just fires a shot in my general direction. -- so I go aggro in the beginning, get what I need and then more or less just creep around buildings until the final circles - not sure how else to play, I got people with iron sights hitting me all the way across the map while I'm moving, ,lol

Cheating is fun in the mind of a cheater. LS interviewed a scripter in League of Legends about the subject. They don't enjoy playing games without cheats. So yeah, a bunch of degenerates.

The saddest part is there are cheaters in the main multiplayer as well, every other ground war game you have people blatantly snapping on to people.

chrìstøpher I mean my average ground war game I drop 70+ kills. Don’t think that I assume someone that’s better than me is cheating. People are LITERALLY blatantly hacking, like no question about it. These are people that have 95% headshot kills as well overall. That’s questionable alone

hunterhawess Give some time to the game, it’s new and the servers are fully loaded. That’s why is lagging I think. In future they will fix them. Fortnite or PUBG wasn’t that great at start too.

I thought I was going to see campy snipers and RPGs from dudes droppin' in.

There will ALWAYS be hordes of people better than me but dieing to an aimbotter or a stream sniper or both is just "Give me my money back and I will forget you exist" territory.

"you never know if you died legitimately or not" I heard someone say in this vid. That's the way it's always been on PC with FPS games. Hack software and hackers have been in every FPS game since the beginning of computer gaming. This is the #1 reason I left PC gaming 20 years ago. I experienced it then with Battlefield 2. You spend a lot of money on a good gaming rig and monitor just to play games with hackers that ruin it for you and everyone else? Once you experience a hacker for the first time, from that point forward in every FPS game you play you're always wondering if how you got killed was legit. F that BS, it's not worth it. You have no chance against a hacker that can see you through walls, has an aimbot or who knows what else. So all that money someone spends on a great gaming PC to enjoy games just went to shit. FPS games on PC, 100% not worth it.

This is why i turn off cross network play on console. Every match ive played with it enabled ive encountered someone cheating either with aimbot or where they can see player locations indefinitely.

This is the reason mw2 got ruined and people stopped playing. Thankfully the hackers don't seem to bother as much with console platform's. Defo seems worse on pc

Cheating on this game is so unreal. I always get lasered across the map by a mp7 straight headshots

Couldn't find the cheater in recent players because there is a name hack that allows them to change their name in game and when you go in recent players list it shows the real name. So you have to remember the clan tag or the emblem and the calling card.

3 months later and its still filled with hackers lol

This all started happening once it went free to play.

The real reason they are leaving is that an average player can be good at this game. More streamers rage quitting and getting angry over being killed and not just hackers either. I think it is the first game that really evens the playing field.

Xo-Lilith- Vail-oX It is also sue to the fact that it is not a one time publish like apex or PUBG, where being a multi million dollar gamer who gets to stay home and game 8 hours a day helps you win. People have been playing COD like me since the first one in 2001 and are familiar with its operation and have gotten good over years of playing it, not getting 8 hours of play time a day. Thats what gets them frustrated. They have 15-20-40 days of play time and their skills are no better than someone who plays 4 hours a week but played the game since 2001.

They need to take a page out of From Software and stick the cheaters together on dedicated servers.

Hahahaha. From Software is a horrendous example of good anti-cheat. They lack a manual review team, they ban innocent players for picking up hacked items (or, more recently, having hacked items directly deposited into their inventory), and only send out ban waves every Tuesday. Their system is so trash that it actually bans more innocent players than hackers. To be honest, I can't think of a worse example than FromSoft for good anti-cheat, since their system is somehow worse than not having an AC at all.

Or... skill based matchmaking is putting you with lower K/D and points per match players. Hugher K/D and PPM get matched with hackers. Proof that matchmaking is a thing. I have a 1.52 in Warzone, super average... so I never encounter this.

I destroy his multiplayer lobbies and I struggle on mine. They say there is no matchmaking but I do not believe it at all. Plus Ive seen people go 0-20 on matches just to get paired with lower skill players.

@@dirtygore Are you blind? Did you miss the clip of him being pin pointed and shot through a wall? Search KZread for Wodern Warfare hackers and watch what comes up. Watched two players with aimbot from Germany, everyone on the map in red boxes and auto lock. They can be on console as well all any hacker needs is the program from their PC and a USB. ChronusMax and many others out there.

Man, soooo many things need to be fixed in this game. Audio, climbing rocks, hackers, ebr, frozen/buffering lobby screens, crashes, final circles in Warzone not being accessible because you can’t climb rocks (the Dam), and armor plates (5 is not enough, especially endgame.)

What i did after i got killed by the cheater i recorded the last 10 minutes and started recording after.

Audio > boost low. Helps a lot on footsteps, not perfect but a lot better. Many who run with dead silence tho, in which case it doesn't matter.
