I found this video very useful and inspiring! I’ve been suffering with some physical health problems for the last 2-3 years which have changed my life dramatically and had a huge impact on my mental health too and I want to try and be more active and walk more so I really appreciate how much you’re trying to help and support people with their health and well-being😊 I can’t wait for your new podcast and will definitely be listening to it while on walks❤️

An absolutely fanstatic video Alex. I am very fortunate to live in Australia(from the uk though ) on the coast. I truly believe getting out everyday for a walk is an integral part of my daily life and helps me process my thoughts without being on my phone! Thankyou for this insightful video! Great video as I started getting into walks in lockdown. Although it's important to say that only go places that u know and don't go on your own if your mental health is at its lowest. Thank you though as I go on walks at the same time most days to help me recover from a serious injury. Which also let's me have time to talk to my mum about loads of different topics x
