John- I enjoy your videos, so much information that seems “old fashioned” but you show how it is still relevant in 2020! Keep up the good work and keep making your videos, you really are a good presenter.

I'm interested in building sheds on a PT basis since retired. I have no idea of the cost of your program or if you have any more recent videos. Please advise.

12' O'C the floor with a 3/4 ACQ plywood subfloor (the price difference is minimal especially for a shed) and a 6" tampered gravel pad over paver blocks anyday, or piers, Concrete blocks aren't really top teir even tho the shed might be strong. Heavy duty sheds I feel need minimal a gravel pad, or piers, BUT some ppl might not want to pay for it, so yea then the concrete blocks might be used but we all know thats not the highest quality foundation. I too am from Long Island and build sheds, just my personal opinion.

Thanks for the input. Blocks work really well for us. Built over 2000 sheds on the Island and never had an issue.

@@shedbusiness Absolutely do what works for you and what the customer will pay for. You have more experience than I, and honestly your video gave me inspiration to start an idea I had. So first I will say thanks. Just wanted to chime in & regardless of how many you've built, my opinion still stands 🤷♂️...But your works looks great brother not coming at you in anyway. I used to build Starbucks, Dunkin Ds, Jersey Mikes, Blaze pizzas etc etc & All of the Atlantic Dealerships you see on Long Island when I was with Kerzner Contracting, had my own truck eyc with them... now I'm residential and work for myself. So im not just some guy talking bull...but once again thanks for the upload you actually have inspired me regardless of how my comment above might be perceived 🙏

Hello John , I have a design and construction business , and I disagree with 2 of your ideas , 1 you never take deposits , WRONG, a deposit secures the job with a commitment between you and your customer and allows you to purchase the material ,2 ALL JOBS ARE NEVER SETTLE WITH A HAND SHAKE , you ALWAYS have a contract in your jobs this protects you against unruly clients.
