Hie iam Swapnil Rangar, a hardcore Defence aspirant. I was recommended in Army (AIR 11) but because of medical reasons, I was declared unfit.
In SSB i have seen everything Screen out, Conference out, Recommendation & medical rejection too & by taking all these experiences I can understand the journey of every aspirant & can help them out.

Sir, do interviewing officers judge candidates on their physical appearance like height or weight if short height can be the reason of disqualification

Yes weight can be. An army interviewer can judge you at once by your weight but not by height. He will simply think that a guy with this sort of body shape doesnt belong to army

Bhai me bhi cds ke liye prepare kar rha hu... Just try improving your daily routine aur personality toh apne aap ban jaayegi.. Key things to follow are physical exercise, running daily If u r in college right now then participate in confidence building activities and join some clubs in clg. Start interactibg and mingling with more and more people which will help your social skills. Also prepare your general awareness and knowledge by reading newspapers and current affairs and military knowledge. Also start reading more and more books. Remember the path is not gonna be easy but if you are damn sure that aapko forces pe hi jaana hai then work hard and never give up. Jai hind. ☝🏻

@@adithyanrajan6857 Bhai general Awareness aur exercise toh thik hai .. military history, tactics etc ko study Karte hai, confidence ke saath bol bhi lete hai...par woh ,mingling aur social wala nahi ho pata, collaborate kar leta hu aur teamwork bhi ho jata hai...par woh dusro ke saath bonding wagera nahi ho pata, bohot Kam logo ke saath hi ban pata waisa connection, wahi jagah pe problem ho rha hai...baki thanks Bhai batane ke lie
