Yes as per the previous information, Prepaid sim cards were not working there.. but now it's only kashmir/ladakh.

Very informative video sir. I have one question. Is there any cooling period after converting Jio Prepaid to Jio Postpaid via Store (KYC) route to work in Jammu and Kashmir? I mean if today I convert my Jio prepaid to postpaid, and after a week I visit J&K, will the new postpaid connection work? or I have to wait say 90 days after conversion to postpaid, to work in the J&K?

Thanks ❤️ Prepaid to postpaid conversion should happen instantly. After that you can use your postpaid connection for ever as long as you pay your bills on time. No such cooling period etc.

Yes, it will be invalid. You have to start with a fresh recharge plan.

Sir can I change prepaid to postpaid in J&K After visited there. I have reached Jammu today for approx two months and I forgot to switch in postpaid. Now what I do? Can I Switch my SIM or buy new Postpaid SIM there.

Yes, you can switch to postpaid in J&K. Or you can also buy a new prepaid sim card there it'll also work there & will be an easy option than migration.

You can always go to store & explain them that you want to go to kashmir/ladakh where you want your sim to work, they will help you in doing your pending KYC for sure.

J&K ki jio store pe jaa kar kyc kliye try kar sakte ho.. agar nahi karte hain then apko prepaid sim lena padega joki sirf j&k mein hi chalega.. wapan ane k baad wo wala sim nahi chalega..

Apko naya postpaid (not prepaid) sim lena padega with Bio or, prepaid to postpaid convert karwana padega with bio - sirf tab he chalega.

kashmir mei border dispute chalta rahta hai.. is wajah se kashmir abhi tak ak union territorial region hai, koi indian state nahi hai dusro ki tarah. Isliye yaha bahar se ane wale logo k madhyam se social media & internet k through national violence ko kum karne kliye prepaid sims nahi chalta hai. Isse bohot had tak cheezo ko control karne ki kosish kiya jata hai. That's a strategy.

Gst (government tax).. sab kuch mei dena padta hai.. prepaid ho ya postpaid.. prepaid mei alag se nahi dikhata hai lekin postpaid plans mei gst alag karke dikhaya jata hai

Bsnl postpaid plans starts from 199/- (+100rs activation charges)... If Jio, Airtel or Vi network isn't possible for you for some reason then I'll suggest you to go with bsnl.. contact nearest bsnl store for more info.

Assam mei abhi sabhi jagah network mil raha hai.. lekin apko pata nahi hai ki kuch time pehele assam mei bhi restriction thi.. ap assam se nahi ho.. abhi tak koi assam wale ne mujhe aysa message nahi kiya.. bohot zyada jan gaye ho bhai ap 😆😆👌
