It is these small things that will save us one day from hell fire, also after eating and drinking you should say ‘Alhumdulilah’ meaning thank ALLAH as he is the best provider. Also you should pray aswell bro, if you cant pray five times a day try slowly slowly praying and you will feel fresh. No work is degrading, as long as it's halal and honestly done. Your thinking is quite questionable. We respect those shoe polishing and shoe mending people. They're awesome 👌. They work hard. Their skills are not easy to learn. If not for those people, we won't be able to wear the shoes and sandals or slippers that we love, once they get broken. They can fix them in such a neat way. You'll be amazed if you ever saw them doing their work. Don't you dare think that their work is degrading. Their skills are often much better than many expensive luxurious brands. They repair our favourite leather bags for us, in a way that no one could know that if it's repaired or brand new. They and their jobs are very respected, honourable and valued.
