There's no good deed that goes unpunished and people unfortunately will shock you. Most of the time even when they're wrong they won't seek forgiveness or feel shame like the villagers did with Amina. Wonderful story as per usual ❤

Humans can destroy a kind person with jealousy, greediness, selfishness, and ungratefulness. 🙏🏾 To become wise we sometimes have to endurance such pain. The truth of the matter is that God uses pain to discipline us, sanctify us, and give us wisdom (Hebrews 12:3-17)

Sometimes in life u may thing u are doing the good thing but others will not. Sometimes u have to be selfish than to be a hero

Something similar to this happened to me last year but I reacted badly which gave the friend group even more reason to turn on me. It took half a year to stop the bitterness from consuming me. I don’t think I’m strong enough to be as graceful as Amina
