In todays video, i have explained Why Royal Enfield Vibrate? How To Reduce Vibration In Royal Enfield? (3D Animation). Through this video i have explained the basics of vibration, why vibration takes place, and how to reduce vibrations by effective damping.
For those who are searching answers about how to reduce vibrations in this bike, i would like to say, u can only reduce vibrations by effective damping and modifying the design of the frame. As i have explained in the video, vibration can neither be created nor be destroyed, so it can only be transferred from one form to another which in this case is reducing it as heat energy to surrounding through effective damping.
Iam already preparing for a tutorial video about animation basics, and it will be free and released on my channel soon. Animation takes a lot of effort and time, so i need you guys to support me through your comments and suggestions on my video's.

wrong logic from the start itself. vibration is due to poorly balance mechanism, not due to friction and sound. Please correct yourself

Correct...the video doesnt mention vibration and sound...i suggest please watch the video again... I said its because of natural frequency of vibrations...
To reduce the re vibration, the engine stroke length to be reduced. Then obviously, we will miss the thump. At first we have to understand that re is not a racing machine. It is meant for riding at moderate speed say 70-80 km/hr. Anybody goes over that is not an re enjoyer.

Reducing vibrations will require design change or modification to existing design..thats according to my suggestion. Now rest all the R&D of royal enfield has to decide

@@Animatedbeardo then the new J series engine has got balancer crank shaft. Do you think this balancer crank shaft can be fitted on uce model and will it help in reducing vibration

It will help unless the natural frequency of vibrations of the engine and the frame are in phase
