It’s a dmca wave apparently, I had a game from 2021-2022 titled ‘Ikea Sword Fighting’ and it was about sword fighting in an IKEA free model (0 visits) and it got taken down recently. I got a warning like you did, and I got a message about why it got deleted

I still don't know why some people still just go out their way and abuse systems in the wrong way for no reason, like seriously they obviously know it's a bad idea but they still doing it mindlessly

This just adds more evidence that roblox has terrible moderation because they just see reports but don’t bother looking over it and just are like, oh multiple reports might as well just delete it without seeing if it is that bad. Obviously they can’t get rid of it but they can enforce it better and have way better moderation.

They most likelyu won't do anything. Mainly because when Roblox's update on the recommended and home pages came out and many people gave their concern to Roblox... Nothing happened and nothing was changed. I have literally stopped playing Roblox because there is just nothing to play anymore with the new rating system and recommended. I cannot find anything to play that I would like to play, that suits my preference. I like to play simulators that are of some varient of quality. Roblox is instead recommending me RNG type games; battle games and the newer games that get little attention and are not that 'good' in my opinion. While the newer games getting attention is a good thing for Roblox, it's not what I would want to play, it's not my genre of games.

The problem with this is that there really are no ways to stop this unless they remove the DSA. But they are legally forced to have this feature for the EU. Unless they just shutdown roblox for the people in the EU. …But that would be cruel.

Here’s a problem, the statute of limitations for copyright is 3 years for a civil case (after seeing the item would infringe copyright but Roblox gave the go ahead anyway) and 5 years for a criminal case Kreek said it’s been 4-5 years since he uploaded the hat, Roblox can’t just “change their mind” on this, meaning they probably didn’t even look at the item or form to see what’s wrong 😐

PeakUGC's is also at fault for refusing to take responsibility by diverting all blame as "those messages were all jokes I cant control what others do" while motivating/incentivating their community to do it, they are just like any other toxic losers who take no responsibility for their consequences because they "technically didnt do it directly"

If I'm honest, Roblox has to delete or even stop the DSA system. Wanna know why? It can be used to report items that didn't violate anything. Honestly, I recommend Roblox to actually work and delete the other items like stolen items, dominuses and etc.
