0:45 more like no team has fallen foul of the wing flexing test rather than the technical regulations.
No surprise that Red Bull started complaining after other teams are getting closer to them. They only want comfortable wins with no competition.

Remember when all the teams complained about RBR flexible rear wing? The FIA started mornitoring all rear wing, and still do with the reference dots and cameras. Why not do the same for front wings and individual front wing elements. The excused used saying the wing element must flex or they will break is nonsense, they just have to make them robust enough not to break. It may mean they are heavier. Put another way, if it wasn’t an advantage for the elements for the front wing to flex the teams would design them not to flex.
