It's a re edit upload of an older video I made that was taken down, it was blocked for that one horst scene so I tried to fix it and actually add a little bit more from what I left off on.

Ratatouille is my all-time favorite Pixar movie, and as much as I want there to be a Ratatouille 2, I don't think Pixar should do it, given how they've done sequels like Incredibles 2 and Toy Story 4 which don't recapture the magic and charm of their predecessors, so in short, Ratatouille is so perfect that it doesn't need a sequel

This is indeed a great movie to watch, I personally love not only the final review of Ego at the end, but also the scene where the staff's backstories are revealed by Collete to Linguini, as it further reinforces the beliefs of Chef Gusteau that anyone can cook. Knowing that the saucier was a circus performer, the sous chef is very mercurial, the other two assistance chefs were a gambler and a resistance fighter, yet each of them make a formidable team that can cook some great food, with also Collete herself being a woman who worked her butt off to prove she was just as good as anyone, makes the tenants of Gusteau's philosophy all the more palpable.

I miss this more adult undertones to Pixar movies. It's not that their films today can't have meaningfull or deep messages, but it's more like they are adapting it to more a kid-friendly tone, and it just sound disingenuous and a little condescending. Movies like The Incredibles, Ratatouille, Up, and even Monsters Inc. carried very honest, hard-hitting themes that really resonated with me, mostly because it didn't looked like they're treating me as a kid. You already gave Cars 2 and Incredibles 2 their own videos before or after your video about why Pixar sequels do not work. Now it is Finding Dory's turn, unless you have either rewatched it and found it to be better than you remember (because I know Finding Dory accomplishes some things that make it much better than Cars 2), or decided you do not want to talk about it because of Ellen DeGeneres.

Your scripts sound very AI generated. It could be English just isn't your first language (in which case, sorry) but the weird grammatical errors, redundant statements and semi run-on-sentences littered throughout really takes me out of it, even if I do see your points. All around I'd highly recommend asking a friend or hiring someone to proof read your scripts. There's some things that grammatical spell check just lets fly and it can be quite jarring to listen to. For examples: "This is Ratatouille, one of the greatest films of all time, and I'm ready to tell you all about it". A better phrasing would be: "This, is Ratatouille. A movie I personally consider to be one of the greatest films of all time. Why? Let me explain-" Or the simple "-I look back to the early 2000's when things like Ratatouille was released." You're referring to "things like it", not just Ratatouille itself. Hence you should pluralize the statement as "when movies/films like Ratatouille WERE released". Just some constructive critisism.

Those biologically female are smaller, while the males are noticeably larger. Remy is smol. He was Assigned Female At Birth, but clearly identifies and is accepted as Male by his Father & Colony! The only issue his father has issues w was his love & adoration for Humans!

You didn’t mention that in Anton’s flashback of his childhood you see the gustos book in his moms kitchen and the kitchen is the same one in the beginning of the movie so they destroy Anton’s mothers house
Best Pixar film imo
Ratatouille will forever be my favourite Pixar film. 💖
I like how thumb chef guy who’s name I forget is like the Joker and has a multiple choice backstory.
Ratatouille has always been my favorite animated film
ratatouille was ahead of its time
Considering this movie is the movie I've rewatched the most, I agree with this movie.
Man, old pixar was amazing.
Timeless classic.
Funny that the only thing to make me even slightly invested in culinary arts was a rat that had particular taste buds. Not even actual people describing food can get me into it lmao
Ratatouille is my personal favorite Pixar film. And Coulette is genuinely one of my favorite Pixar characters.
Just for the record, JelloApocolypse gave this movie a 6/10, the same score as The Good Dinosaur, saying it's a dull movie. Biggest. L. Take. EVER. Because this movie is fucking amazing, and probably my second favorite Pixar movie next to Cars 1
This movie and wall-e are my favorites
This film is an easy W

Proof that Brad Bird is one of the best directors of our time
I agree with everything Ratatouille is a cinematic masterpiece I love everything about that movie
1:06 Because it's a family movie... Anyone can watch it.
J'adore ce film de tout mon cœur. Je l'ai regardé tous les soirs pour m'endormir aussi. Un film très inspirant ! Je vais certainement faire regarder ça à mes enfants quand je serai grand💓🧑🏼🍳🐀
This is my favorite Pixar film of all time
Ratatouille was always my favourite pixar film next to Toy Story 1995
My pets Ratsputin and NosfaRatu approve of this message
Commenting for the algorithm I feel like ‘The Menu’ has some theme parallels from ‘Ratatouille’. (Think of the burger scene vs the ratatouille served to ego scene).
Pixar at its Pixar best I must say , my favorite scene is when Colette finally gets it ;if you know you know. Aha moments are very real and this movie taught me that at a very young age .
yeah man
Epic
This is my second favorite Pixar movie of all time. I think Monsters inc. was better, but this is a masterpiece.
Will there be the sequel?
And thanks to this film, we have Racaccoonie!!!
Ratatouille is a fantastic movie.
It is a perfect film.
Oh shi, a ra!
It's only perfect because of food porn, I'd die to eat everything that was in this movie
I think you might benefit from slightly condensing your videos but I liked it anyway
❤❤❤❤❤❤
why are all of the greatest movies ever always set in Paris?!?!
4 stars is nothing to sneez out
it's ironic how chef skinner represents how we put out mediocrity, abusing the organisation's past fame AHEM PIXAR AND DISNEY
....was Chef Skinner named after the father of Operant Conditioning? The scientist who trained rats to push a lever in exchange for food?
Le rat
The rat is the villain of the movie and no one can dispute me on that. Remy is the only bad part about this movie.
Do Why Chicken Little is a underrated classic.

GREAT VIDEO ALDONE PIXAR MOVIE 💙🩵💜♥️
For me the best pixar film is toy story 3
i loved this movies also Remmey finger guns a bike rider and he crashes
Not even a minute of the video passed and you got wrong the major message of the movie. The movie's message it's not that generic "Anyone can do it. As long as you wish it your dream will come true" Watch the movie again please.
I am very normal about this movie
Ratatouille is honestly better then up, sue me.
Hey, this is like Schaffrillas' video! (but worse)
Ah the days of old Pixar, before Disney put a chick in it and made it gay.

Truly one of the reading teachers of all time
I love this film but they still need they garbage person
Also ratatouille is a Marxist movie!
I never liked it.
🏳️⚧️ *Important Headcanon:* Remy is in fact Trans! The main/only difference in the movie for rats in terms of sex is size. Those biologically female are smaller, while the males are noticeably larger. Remy is smol. He was Assigned Female At Birth, but clearly identifies and is accepted as Male by his Father & Colony! The only issue his father has issues w was his love & adoration for Humans!

Eh, I think it's more that Remy is the rat equivalent of a teenager and/or a short king
@otterfire4712

Or, Remy is just a smaller male borne from his discerning tastes and smells. He doesn't just eat everything he can like the other rats, so his weight and size are a bit leaner as a result.

remy is small because he doesnt fill himself up with junk like the rest of the colony, instead he tries eating more human foods cause he wants to be a chef (which is very uncommon, hence why hes skinny)
It is not a perfect film
